Abstract: PURPOSE: An electronic settlement method using a radio communication terminal is provided which performs electronic settlement according to using of public transportation and purchasing of goods through a radio communication terminal including a non-contact integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION: A radio communication terminal receives charge information from a charge settlement device through short-distance communication. The radio communication terminal constructs a signal channel for transmitting the charge information to a base station. Then, the radio communication terminal sends the received charge information to a radio communication charge processor to perform charge settlement.
