Abstract: PURPOSE: A microwave oven and control method thereof is provided to prevent flames from spreading by detecting a fire inside a cooking chamber and shutting off an intake port and an exhaust port. CONSTITUTION: A microwave oven comprises a cooking chamber(5) forming an intake port(13) and an exhaust port(15), a fire detecting sensor(27) detecting a fire inside the cooking chamber, a sheltering member(23) moving between an opening position opening one of the intake port and the exhaust port and shut-off position shutting off the opened port, an operation unit operating the sheltering member, a control part deciding that the fire occurs in the cooking chamber on the basis of a detection signal from the fire detecting sensor, and if so, controlling the operation unit for the sheltering member to move to the shut-off position.

Abstract: 이 발명은 베이스 필름상에 금속 배선이 형성되어 있는 테이프 케리어의 내부 리이드상에 반도체 칩이 실장되는 탭 패키지에 관한 것이다. 탭 패키지에서 주로 단선이 발생되는 양측 최외곽 금속 배선을 대신할 수 있는 더미배선을 형성하고, 상기 더미 배선상의 베이스 필름을 소정부분 제거하여 상기 더미 배선의 일측이 노출되도록 홈을 형성하였다.
상기 탭 패키지의 금속 배선들 중에서 자주 단선이 발생되는 최외곽 금속배선의 더미 배선이 형성되어 있어 상기 최외곽 금속배선의 단선 발생시 탭패키지의 불량처리하지 않고 간단한 재작업으로 상기 탭패키지의 단선을 연결할수 있으므로 제조 단가를 절감하고, 재작업이 간단하다. 또한 더미 배선을 최소한 필요부분에만 형성하므로 상기 탭 패키지의 크기를 감소시킬 수 있다.-
