Abstract: An apparatus for power transmission in a wireless communication system is provided to lower the impedance of bias voltage and minimize the memory effect of an EER(Envelope Elimination and Restoration) power transmitter by improving the efficiency and linearity of a bias modulator which provides the bias voltage of the EER power transmitter. An EER power transmitter in a wireless communication system comprises a DSP(Digital Signal Processor)(200), a bias modulator(210), a frequency modulator(220), and a power amplifier(240). The DSP separates a signal to transmit into a size component and a phase component and outputs them. The bias modulator amplifies the size component, lowers the impedance, and outputs it. The frequency modulator modulates the phase component into an RF(Radio Frequency) signal. Abstract: A method and an apparatus for managing a buffer in a communication system are provided to ensure service quality, and protect a packet with high priority from the packet with low priority by discriminating the service on the basis of the priority of service classes and managing the buffer referring the service traffic property. Abstract: A downlink voice packet network packet scheduling device in a mobile communication base station system and a method thereof are provided to measure delay time when delay is started if the transmission delay of VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) packets occurs, and to previously set packet loss in a suitable ratio, thereby reducing the transmission delay of the VoIP packets.
