Provided is a liquid ink composition which has shelf stability sufficient to prevent conglomeration of liquid ink even when stored at high temperature for a long time, while maintaining ink compatibility. The liquid ink composition comprises a coloring agent, charge controller, organosol, carrier liquid and a storage stabilizer, wherein the storage stabilizer is a metal salt formed of a metal cation to which a C15-C30 organic anion is bonded. Particularly, the organosol is formed of a graft stabilizer and thermoplastic (co)polymer core, wherein the graft stabilizer and the thermoplastic (co)polymer core include a C6-C30 (meth)acrylic monomer and C4-C30 acrylic monomer, respectively.

본 발명은, 전자사진용 이층구조 정대전형 유기감광체의 제조에 있어서, 전하발생층 코팅시 발생할 수 있는 오염문제를 극복하고 전하발생층과 전하수송층 사이에 전하이동에 적합한 계면이 형성될 수 있도록 하기 위하여, 아세테이트계 용매에 잘 용해되는 제 1 전하수송물질, 아세테이트계 용매에 잘 용해되지 않는 제 2 전하수송물질, 결합제수지 및 유기용매를 포함하는, 이중층 정대전형 유기감광체의 전도성지지체 표면에 코팅되는 전하수송층 조성물을 제공한다. 또한, 전도성지지체 표면에, 본 발명에 따른 조성물을 코팅 및 건조시켜 전하수송층을 형성하는 단계; 및 상기 전하수송층의 표면에, 전하발생물질, 결합제, 알콜계 용매 및 아세테이트계 용매를 포함하는 전하발생층 조성물을 코팅 및 건조시켜 전하발생층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는, 전자사진용 이층구조 정대전형 유기감광체 제조 방법을 제공한다. 또한 본 발명에서는 전하수송층이 전하발생층 조성물에 의하여 손상되지 않았으며, 전하발생층과 전하수송층 사이에 전하이동에 적합한 계면이 형성되어 있는 이층구조 정대전형 유기감광체를 제공한다.

PURPOSE: Provided are a composition for forming overcoat layer with improved electrical and mechanical properties such as wear-resistance, adhesion and coatability, an organic photoconductor comprising the same, and an electrophotographic imaging apparatus comprising the organophotoreceptor. CONSTITUTION: The organic photoconductor comprises an electrically conductive support, a photoreceptor layer on the electrically conductive support and an overcoat layer on the photoreceptor layer, wherein the overcoat layer is obtained by coating and drying a composition comprising an aqueous anionic polyurethane dispersion, a fluoro-resin and water-soluble polyvinylbutyral. In the composition, polyvinylbutyral may be a compound represented by the formula 1, wherein a is 5-35 mol%, b is 0-10 mol% and c is 55-85 mol%. Furthermore, the organic photoconductor is combined with a plurality of support rollers to form an electrophotographic imaging apparatus.

PURPOSE: A liquid ink composition and preparation method thereof are provided to improve affinity of a colorant dissolved therein to an organosol, and thus enlarge the particle size of the liquid ink composition and make its electric control easier, thereby improving the image quality and preventing the non-image forming area inside a printer from being contaminated. CONSTITUTION: The liquid ink composition comprises: a colorant; a charge control agent(320) for adjusting the electrostatic properties of the colorant; and an organosol(330) that disperses and binds the colorant and the charge control agent together, wherein the colorant is coated with a thermoplastic resin(340) in order to improve its binding properties with the organosol, wherein the amount thermoplastic resin is 150-350pts.wt based on 100pts.wt of the colorant, and the amount of organosol is 180-250pts.wt based on 100pts.wt of the coated colorant. The preparation method of the liquid ink composition comprises: coating a colorant with a thermoplastic resin; and mixing and dispersing the coated colorant, an organosol and a charge control agent.

PURPOSE: A composition for an overcoat layer having excellent electric or mechanical properties such as low friction coefficient is provided to improve service life, solvent resistance and wear resistance of an organic photoconductor adopting the same, thereby being suitably applied to a wet toner. The composition for an overcoat layer shows little effect on the photoconductive layer and excellent stability, thereby being conveniently used in mass production. CONSTITUTION: The composition for an overcoat layer(4) comprises a water-dispersed anionic polyurethane resin(6) and a fluorocarbon resin(5), wherein the fluorocarbon resin is a particle having 0.1-1 micrometer of average particle diameter, and selected from polytetrafluoroethylene, polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF), fluorinated ethylene propylene copolymer(FEP), polyethylene tetrafluoroethylene copolymer(PE-TFE), polyfluoroalkoxy copolymer(PFA), polyvinylfluoride(PVF) or mixtures thereof.

PURPOSE: A multi-layered electro photographic positive charged organic photoconductor and its preparation method are provided, to improve electrostatic property and sensitivity and to reduce discharge voltage. CONSTITUTION: The positive charged organic photoreceptor comprises a conductive supporter; a charge transport layer which is formed on the surface of the conductive supporter and comprises a hole transport material, a binder resin and an organic solvent; a charge generation layer which is formed on the surface of the charge transport layer and comprises a charge generation material, a binder resin, an organic solvent and a hole transport material; and optionally an overcoat layer formed on the surface of the charge generation layer. Preferably the hole transport material of the charge transport layer is a stilbene-based compound represented by the formula 1, a hydrazone-based compound represented by the formula 2 or an amine-based compound represented by the formula 3, wherein R1 or R2 contains at least one aryl or styryl group, and R1 and R2 are independently H or an alkyl, aryl or styryl group; R3 is a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, aralkyl or aryl group; R4 and R5 are independently H or an alkyl group; R6 is H, a halogen atom or an alkyl or alkoxy group; Ar1 is a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group; Ar2 is a substituted or unsubstituted perylene, naphthalene, biphenylene or anthracene group; R1 is H or a low molecular weight alkyl or alkoxy group; X is H or a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl or aryl group; and Y is a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group.

PURPOSE: Provided is a monolayer type electrophotographic photoreceptor, which is excellent in endurance to a liquid developer and inhibits the reduction of static potential, therefore an excellent image can be obtained and an electrical lifetime can be lengthened. CONSTITUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor comprises: a conductive support; a photosensitive layer containing a polyester resin having a biphenyl fluorene unit(formula 1) in a main chain as a binder resin and a phenol compound(formula 2) as an antioxidant, wherein the content of the antioxidant is 0.01-50wt% based on the total weight of charge transport material of the photosensitive layer. In the formula 1, hydrogen atoms on aromatics are not substituted or can be substituted by halogen atoms, C1-C20 aliphatic hydrocarbon, or C5-C8 cycloalkyl. In the formula 2, X1 and X2 are independently hydrogen and C1-C6 alkyl, Y1 and Y2 are independently hydrogen, methyl, or ethyl, and X3 is independently C1-C6 alkyl and etc.

PURPOSE: Provided is a double-layered positive type organic photoreceptor comprising a charge transport layer, which shows excellent adhesion ability to conductive supports even without anodization of conductive supports or further addition of adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION: The double-layered positive type organic photoreceptor comprises: conductive supports; a charge transport layer comprising charge transfer material which can transfer positive charge, a primary binder resin of polycarbonates, and a secondary binder resin of polyester copolymer containing biphenyl fluorene group(formula 1); and a charge generation layer. The double-layered positive type organic photoreceptor can be used for electrophotography.
