Abstract:
본 발명은 무선 랜에서 프레임을 처리하는 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로, IEEE 802.11에 따라 프레임을 무선 매체를 통해 전송하는 단말이 자신이 획득한 한번의 프레임 전송 기회에 하나의 프레임만을 전송하는 것이 아니라, 큐에 임시 저장된 프레임과 새로 생성되는 데이터가 소스 주소, 목적지 주소, 라우팅 정보 우선 순위 및 서비스 클래스가 동일하면, 큐에 임시 저장되어 있는 프레임의 페이로드 필드와, 새로 생성되는 데이터의 페이로드 필드를 병합하여 하나의 병합 프레임을 생성하고, 자신의 획득한 프레임 전송 기회에 생성된 병합 프레임을 전송하여, 한번의 전송 기회에 다수개의 MSDU를 전송하는 것이다. Abstract:
PURPOSE: An MAC method of a CSMA(Carrier Sense Multiple Access)/CA(Collision Avoidance)-based wireless LAN system and a terminal which performs the MAC method are provided to transmit data by an exchange procedure of a contention-based request signal and a contention-based acknowledgement signal during bidirectional communication between two terminals, thereby reducing a medium access delay. CONSTITUTION: A random terminal trying to transceive data transmits a request signal frame to another terminal or an AP through a medium occupied by a transmission contention with the use of a CSMA/CA algorithm using a DIFS(DCF Inter Frame Space) as an IFS(Inter Frame Space). The terminal or the AP receiving the request signal frame sends an acknowledgement signal frame to the random terminal through a medium occupied by using an SIFS(Short IFS) as an IFS.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A wireless LAN system and method for transmitting/receiving data through a shortened data frame are provided to allow users to effectively use limited radio resources by reducing bandwidths for a data header and increasing bandwidths for data communications. CONSTITUTION: A BSS(Basic Service Set)(30) is a concept of a set of mobile terminals(100). A distribution system(40) makes the BSS(30) and LANs interwork with each other. A wireless LAN system includes a DSS(Distribution System Service)-AP(Access Point)(200) for providing a wireless LAN service area and mobile terminals(100) belonging to the wireless LAN service area and connected with the DSS-AP(200) through a wireless LAN to transmit and receive data. The DSS-AP(200) supports a standard mode for transmitting/receiving data to/from the mobile terminals(100) through a standard data frame having an address field with an identifier for the wireless LAN service area and a shortened mode for transmitting/receiving data to/from the mobile terminals(100) through a shortened data frame having a shortened address field shorter than the address field of the standard data frame. The mobile terminals(100) also support the standard mode for transmitting/receiving data to/from the DSS-AP(200) through the standard data frame and the shortened mode for transmitting/receiving data to/from the DSS-AP(200) through the shortened data frame.

PURPOSE: A method for managing a flash memory is provided to reduce a memory capacity needed to implement an flash translation layer and to shorten a system starting time. CONSTITUTION: In case that the change of a data block recorded on a data region is requested, the changed contents are recorded in an alternative region(S860), and the mapping information of the data block recorded in the alternative region is recorded in a mapping region(S870). In the case that the change of the data block recorded in the alternative region is requested, the changed contents are recorded in the data region(S840), and the mapping information recorded in the alternative region is deleted from the mapping region(S850).
