PURPOSE: An adaptive MCS(Modulation and Coding Scheme) selection method and a device thereof are provided to effectively set transmission ratios by maintaining data error ratios. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(210) receives interference strength information from a neighbor base station. An interference level calculation unit(232) estimates interference levels by using the received interference strength information. An MCS assignment unit(234) selects the MCS by using the estimated interference level. The interference level calculation unit extracts the interference compensation value of a current frame by using the interference strength compensation value extracted from a previous frame and the instant interference strength of the previous frame. The interference level calculation unit estimates the interference level by using the received interference strength information and the interference strength compensation value of the current frame. PURPOSE: A free scheduling method in closed loop MU-MIMO(Multi User-Multi Input Multi Output) antenna system and apparatus thereof are provided to restrict user numbers of a transmission sounding signal in each frequency band in a MU-MIMO antenna system. CONSTITUTION: A base station(102) determines resource allocation of terminals using a multiple antenna through downlink scheduling(114,116). The terminal is determined resource allocating at the same time through the downlink scheduling. The base station performs pre-coding for beam-forming of a transmission signal using DLCDI of terminals(104,106). The terminals transmit feedback or sounding signals(110,112) showing codeword index to the base station.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A channel and power allocation apparatus in communication system and method thereof are provided to improve efficiency of frequency and to minimize interference between adjacent cells by creating cooperation information and exchanging with an adjacent base station. CONSTITUTION: A serving base station(111) comprises a cooperation information production and processing unit(220) and a resource allocation unit(210). The resource allocation unit comprises the channel state information treatment unit(213), a time slot assignment circuit(211) and a power allocation unit(212). The channel state information treatment unit receives data rate information that is able to be transmitted about all sub channels at each sub-frame. The time slot assignment circuit selects a user terminal which especially offers service at each sub-frame and each sub-channel.

PURPOSE: A method for scheduling a resource allocation for an inter-cell interference control of a cellular communication system, an apparatus thereof and a base station are provided to effectively schedule resource allocation in order to control the inter-cell interference of the cellular communication system. CONSTITUTION: A bitmap generating unit(310) receives scheduling information from the base stations of a plurality of adjacent cells. The bitmap generating unit creates the scheduling information that includes the bitmap information for the resource allocation of a magnetic cell by using the received scheduling information of adjacent cells. A scheduler(330) schedules the resource allocation about a terminals within the magnetic cell that based on power allocation information and the scheduling information that is transmitted from the bitmap generating unit.

PURPOSE: An enclosed compressor is provided to increase the torque of a rotor with a stator simply fixed to a journal bearing using a fixing fin. CONSTITUTION: An enclosed compressor comprises a compression unit(1), a motor(2), a rotary shaft(3), and a journal bearing(40). The compression unit compresses refrigerant. The motor supplies compression power. The rotary shaft transfers the power of the motor to the compression unit. The journal bearing rotatably supports the rotary shaft. The motor comprises a stator(20) and a rotor(30). The stator is fixed outside the journal bearing. The rotor comprises the body(31) formed outside the stator and is rotatably installed. A fixing pin for fixing the stator is coupled between the stator and the journal bearing.

PURPOSE: A hybrid automatic retransmission request apparatus and method of the multiuser multiple input multi-output system increase the system capacity by deciding rank and association of users. CONSTITUTION: A CINR(Carrier to Interference and Noise Ratio) calculator(112) unite CINR of the signal received in CINR and previous frame about the signal received in the current frame the HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request). The CINR calculator calculates the CINR(HARQ-combined CINR) combined HARQ. Denotation and modulator feed back the information related to CINR combined the calculated HARQ as described above with the NACK(Negative ACK) signal to the base station.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for precoding using a midamble in a multiple input multiple output wireless communication system are provided to perform precoding based on a codebook using a midamble, thereby reducing operation complexity of a terminal and preventing overhead due to codebook index feedback. CONSTITUTION: A method of operating a base station in a MIMO(Multiple Input Multiple Output) wireless communication system comprises the following steps. A midamble made of pilot signals which are multiplied with each code in a code book is transmitted(303). Terminals which will spatially wirelessly be multiple-connected by using an index of a band fed back from terminals and channel quality information of a band corresponding to the index(311).

A half-finished product package(100) includes a substrate(110) and a semiconductor chip. A housing(200) is coupled with the half-finished product package to induce the external light to the semiconductor chip. A female type reception part formed by a guide is provided on a corner of an upper surface of the half-finished product package. A male type insertion part(230) corresponding to the female type reception part is provided on a corner of a lower surface of the housing. A camera module assembly, and a lens focusing system and a lens focusing method using the same are provided to enable a focusing align pin to be inserted into a pin hole to fix a lens strongly during lens focusing, thereby preventing the lens from being out of focus. A camera module assembly(10) includes a tube(11), a lens(12), and a lens cover(13). The lens is installed into the tube to move forward and backward by screws for focusing. The lens cover is installed to the upper side of the lens. A lens hole(13a) is installed in the center of the lens cover. A pin hole(13b) is formed in the circumference of the lens cover to insert a focusing align pin(30). A line trace(13c) is marked to determine a position of the pin hole. A pin hole scale(13d) is formed on the line trace to indicate a direction of the pin hole.
