Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing a plastic ice box mold for wrapping foods for the high quality and long-time preservation is provided. CONSTITUTION: When water is filled up in a plastic box, and a cover is assembled, the water is overflowed, and it gets in a vacuum state. Herein, while the volume inflation pressure generated while the water is frozen is given to a vacuum-wrapped food, the volume inflation of the food is prevented, and the quality of the frozen food is improved. In addition, the plastic box is made up for the original freshness of the food and the frozen food of a high quality, having a characteristic that the vacuum-wrapped food is not flowed by an outer temperature.

CONSTITUTION: A PVC box for packing various frozen foods is manufactured by the steps of: making a PVC ice box with an injection molding machine; filling the PVC box with water after putting a vacuum-packaged food; making the vacuum state as soon as the water is flowed over after assembling an ice box cover; generating expansion pressure of the water volume while freezing water in the ice box; and preventing the volume of the vacuum-packaged food from expanding.
