CONSTITUTION: An implant capable of deposition of bioactive substance comprises a first structure(11) having constant porosity and pore size; a second structure(12) surrounding exterior of the first structure and having porosity and pore size which are smaller than the first structure; and an inserting hole(13) which is extended inside the first structure, impregnated in one side of the second structure, and injected with bioactive substance. Bioactive substance injected through inserting hole is first dipped to the first structure and ejected to outside through the second structure as time goes on.
