Abstract:
본 발명은 무접점충전시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 충전 플레이트에 이물질이 놓이는 경우에 전력전송이 정지되도록 하고, 충전 중에 건드리거나 움직여서 무접점전력전송장치의 충전 플레이트 상에서 무접점전력수신장치가 이동되더라도 충전작동이 연속해서 안정적인 전압으로 충전되도록 하여 충전효율이 향상되도록 하는 무접점충전시스템에 관한 것이다. 이를 위한 본 발명은 무접점전력전송장치(10)의 1차측충전코어(13)로부터 발신되는 전력신호에 의하여 무접점전력수신장치(30)의 2차측충전코어(32)에서 전력신호를 전송받아 전원이 충전되도록 제어되고, 상기 무접점전력수신장치(30)는 상기 2차측충전코어(32)와 연결되는 상기 정류부블럭(33)과 연결되어 전류, 전력을 필터링하는 필터부블럭(34), 상기 필터부블럭(34)과 연결되어 배터리셀(35)로 전원이 충전되도록 구비되는 충전회로부블럭(36), 상기 2차측충전코어(32)를 통하여 수신되는 전력을 감시하는 수신전력감시모듈(31), 그리고 고유 ID 발생과 충전상태를 모니터링하고 제어하도록 구비되는 전력수신장치제어부(39)가 구비되고, 상기 수신전력감시모듈(31)은 수신되는 전력의 전압이 저전압으로 감지되는지 비교판별하는 저전압감시모듈(311)과, 수신되는 전력의 전압이 고전압으로 감지되는지 비교판별하는 고전압감시모듈(312)이 포함되어 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 무접점충전, 무접점전력전송, 충전코어, 배터리팩

PURPOSE: A wireless multi charging station is provided to enable a user to obtain various information by displaying a multimedia signal from a mobile terminal or an external device. CONSTITUTION: A wireless multi charging station comprises a base part(22) and a charge part(23). The base part is supported in the surface. The charge part is arranged on the base part. The charge part is formed into cubic shape. A control part and a station part are arranged inside the charge part. The control part includes an electronic circuit for power supply and data transmission. The station part is electrically connected to the control part. A battery pack is installed on the station part. A first side core of the station part is arranged in the side of the charge part.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for detecting a charge/discharge state signal of a contactless charge system and a control method thereof are provided to prevent malfunction of a battery cell in advance by detecting a change of inner resistance of the battery cell. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting state signal processing module(32) transmits a transmitting state signal of a power transmitting device(10) to a detecting control part(31). A transmitting control signal processing module(33) transmits a control signal of the detecting control part to a power supply module of the power transmitting device. A charging state signal processing module(34) is connected to a charge module of a power receiving device(20). The charging state signal processing module transmits a state signal of the power receiving device to the detecting control part. A power discharge module(35) is connected to a battery cell of the power receiving device. The power discharge module discharges the battery cell of the power receiving device according to a control signal of the detecting control part.

PURPOSE: A wireless power charging system is provided to protect a charging device and a battery pack from a magnetic field by arranging an eddy current reducing material and a shielding material in a primary core and a secondary core. CONSTITUTION: A wireless power transmitter(10) includes a transmission controller(12), a resonant converter(13), and a primary core(14). The primary core transmits the power signal through the resonant converter according to the control of the transmission controller by wireless. A wireless power receiver(20) includes a reception controller, a battery cell, and a secondary core. The secondary core receives the power signal from the primary core. The battery cell is charged by the control of the reception controller. The reception shielding panel and the eddy reduction material are arranged in the secondary core to shield the magnetic field generated from the secondary core.

A non contact power charging station and a control method thereof are provided to perform a stable charging operation regardless of the movement of a portable device or battery pack by arranging a plurality of planar spiral cores in one charging station. A non contact power charging station includes a controller(11) and a station. The controller transmits the power, and transmits and receives the data. The station is electrically connected to the controller. The station has a first core(31), a core base, and an induce pattern core. The first core generates the induced magnetic field. The induced pattern core is formed in the core base. The induced pattern core is a PT-PS(Power Transmission-Planar Spiral) core with a planar spiral structure. The induced pattern core is comprised of the first planar core and the second planar core.

A non-contact power receiving device is provided to receive a regular power signal by compensating for the power signal of the non-contact power transmitting device according to the change of the voltage. A secondary side charge core(32) generates an induced current by corresponding to the primary side charge core of the non-contact power transmission device. A rectifier block(33) is connected to a secondary side charge core in order to rectify the induced current. A filter block(34) is connected to the rectifier block in order to filter the current. A charging circuit block(36) is connected to the filter block to charge a battery cell(35). A protection circuit block(37) is positioned between the charging circuit block and the battery cell. A protection circuit block transmits the charging information of the battery cell to a power receiving control unit(39). A constant voltage regulator block(38) supplies the power to the power receiving control unit. The power receiving control unit controls each block.

본 고안은 열풍 건조기에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 열풍 건조기 내의 열풍을 순환시켜 건조기의 효율을 높이고, 자연광을 조사하는 효과인 살균, 소독 효과를 거둘 수 있고, 건조물의 일부만이 건조되는 것이 아니라 전체가 고르게 건조될 수 있는 순환식 열풍 건조기에 관한 것이다. 본 고안의 열풍 건조기는 열풍을 순환시키는 순환식 열풍 건조기임으로 건조기의 효율을 높일 수 있다는 장점이 있으며, 건조기 내부 일측에 할로겐 램프를 설치하여 이를 건조대 위의 건조물에 조사함으로써 자연광을 조사하는 효과, 즉 살균, 소독 작용의 효과를 거둘 수 있으며, 또한, 모터의 구동에 의해서 건조대가 회전하는 회전식 건조대를 설치하여 건조물을 전체적으로 고르게 건조시킬 수 있으며, 운전비용도 저렴하다는 장점이 있다.

PURPOSE: An underwater bubble generator for water purification is provided to increase underwater dissolved oxygen, thereby improve quality of water by diffusing the micro-bubbles into water after making micro-bubbles by sucking air into water using rotary power of motor, thereby increasing underwater air dissolving efficiency. CONSTITUTION: In an underwater bubble generator for water purification in which a rotation plate(6) is fixed to rotation shaft(2) of motor(1) to generate bubbles by supplying air into water, the underwater bubble generator is characterized in that an air inflow passageway(3) is formed in the rotation shaft, a conical shaft(5) is fixed to a lower part of the rotation shaft, a rotation plate(6) to an outer circumferential part of which vanes(8) are fixed is connected to a lower part of the conical shaft, and a diffusion chamber(7) is installed inside the rotation plate.
