Abstract:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a (meth)acrylic acid phenyl ester is provided to manufacture a solid (meth)acrylic phenyl ester with high purity and high yield, and to simplify processes by not requiring a separate distillation process after a reaction. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a (meth)acrylic acid phenyl ester comprises a step of conducting a reaction of a (meth)acrylic anhydride and a phenol compound under the presence of a non-halogen hydrocarbon-based solvent. The non-halogen hydrocarbon-based solvent is selected from toluene, xylene, n-hexane, cyclohexane, n-heptane, n-octane, ethyl ether, acetonitrile, or mixtures thereof. The phenol compound is p-phenyl phenol. The (meth)acrylic acid phenyl ester is a 4-biphenyl (meth)acrylate.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a (meth)acrylic acid phenyl ester comprises (meth)acrylic acid phenyl ester is provided to have high conversion rate in low reaction temperature, to manufacture (meth)acrylic phenyl ester with high purity and high yield. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a (meth)acrylic acid phenyl ester comprises a step of manufacturing (meth)acrylic phenyl ester by reacting (meth)acrylic anhydride and phenol compound under the presence of a catalyst. The catalyst is one or more selected from a group consisting of lithium trifluoromethanesulfonate, copper trifluoromethanesulfonate, samarium trifluoromethane sulfonate salt, and trifluoromethane sulfonate salt. The comprised amount of the catalyst is 0.01-3.0% based on the weight of the (meth)acrylic anhydride.

PURPOSE: A transparent thermoplastic resin composition is provided to have excellent flame retardancy, thermal resistance, physical properties and flowability, while maintaining inherent excellent transparency and scratch resistance characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A transparent thermoplastic resin composition comprises a phosphorous-based acrylic copolymer resin as a base resin. The copolymer resin comprises one or more of the acrylic monomers in chemical formula 1, and one or more of the phosphorus acrylic monomers in chemical formula 2. In the chemical formulas, R1 is -H or -CH3, R2 is -(CH2)n-CH3, n is an integer from 0-18, R3 is the functional group of chemical formula 2-a, t is an integer from 0-10, R4 and R5 are -O-(CH2)m-CH3, at least one of R4 and/or R5 is -O-CH3, and m is an integer from 0-5.
