Abstract:
A method for fabricating a 3D (three-dimensional) structure is disclosed to provide hydrophobicity to a surface of a 3D structure by using a dipping method in which a predetermined-shaped structure is immersed in a molten metal solution. The method includes: immersing a predetermined-shaped structure in a molten metal solution to coat a molten metal material on the surface of the predetermined-shaped structure; anodizing a metal base coated with the molten metal material; coating a polymer material on an outer surface of the metal-coated base to form a negative replica structure; covering an outer surface of the negative replica structure with an outer formation material; and removing the metal-coated base from the negative replica structure and the outer formation material.

담수화 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예는 단일 채널내에서 이온농도 분극 현상을 이용하여 담수화가 이루어지도록 내구 구조를 개선하여 크기를 소형화할 수 있고, 제작이 용이하며, 유지, 관리도 용이하도록 한 담수화 장치를 제공하는 것으로, 대상용액이 유동하는 단일 채널이 구비된 담수화 챔버; 상기 단일 채널을 따라 제공되어 상기 대상용액을 이온농도 분극 현상을 이용하여 양이온 용액과 음이온 용액 및 이들 사이를 담수 영역으로 분리하는 이온 선택성 중합체; 및 상기 단일 채널 내에 전계를 유도하는 적어도 하나의 전계유닛;을 포함한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a three dimensional structure is provided to be able to give hydrophobicity to the inner surface or the external surface of a three dimensional structure, and to be relatively cheap and simple. CONSTITUTION: A three dimensional structure having a hydrophobic surface comprises a substrate (100); a concave-convex part formed on the substrate; and a protective film (400) formed on a second concave-convex part. The concave-convex part includes at least one between a first concave-convex part including multiple micro protrusions (200) and the second concave-convex part including multiple nanofibers (300). A manufacturing method of the three dimensional structure comprises a step of forming a concave-convex part on a substrate, and a step of forming a hydrophobic protective film on the concave-convex part. The concave-convex part forming step comprises a step of forming a first concave-convex part including multiple micro protrusions, and/or a step of a second concave-convex part including multiple nanofibers.
