Abstract: A USB driver apparatus, a USB external apparatus, a USB system having the same, and a USB connect apparatus using light guide are provided to be able to transmit data at high speed using optical waveguide. An optical USB port(340) is connected to a USB terminal of an external device. The optical USB port exchanges data with the optical signal with USB terminal. Data are inputted and outputted from an USB interface unit(320) through the optical USB port. An optical signal and electric signal are cross-transformed with the photoelectric transforming unit(330).
