    본 발명에 의하면 합성가스버너를 이용해서 저 발열량, 고유량인 합성가스를 안정적으로 연소시킬 수 있고, 저 발열량으로 인하여 연소가스 온도가 상대적으로 낮은 것과 더불어 합성가스에 다량 포함되어 있는 환원성 가스인 수소와 일산화탄소의 영향으로 질소산화물의 배출 농도를 매우 낮게 유지할 수 있다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A syngas burner is provided to improve the combustion efficiency by partly pre-mixing syngas with air and burning the mixed gas. CONSTITUTION: A syngas burner comprises a fuel injection nozzle part, an air supply part, and an ignition part(50). The fuel injection nozzle part includes a first pipe(12) with a plurality of through holes and a swirler(18) which is installed on the exterior of the first pipe. The air supply part includes a second pipe(32) surrounding the first pipe and supplies air to the exterior of the first pipe. The ignition part is installed in the front of the first pipe and provides flame. The swirler is installed behind the through holes, and the air supply part is installed behind the swirler. The cross section of the combustion chamber is increased near the ignition part so that syngas is burned after being partly pre-mixed with air.

    Abstract: A nitrogen oxide removal system and a method thereof are provided to remove first nitric oxide included in the exhaust gas more effectively because the ammonia is reacted at the SCR catalyst with the first nitric oxide included in the exhaust gas. A nitrogen oxide removal system comprises SCR catalyst(200) and an ammonia generating unit(300). The SCR catalyst removes the first nitric oxide because the first nitric oxide included in the exhaust gas ejected in the engine catalyst-reacts. The ammonia generating unit produces ammonia by using the fuel supplied to the engine in the SCR catalyst so that the first nitric oxide is reacted and removed.

    Abstract: A plasma burner and a smoke filter apparatus are provided to simplify driving condition of the apparatus because the air compressor is not to need since nots needing the supply of the fresh air. A plasma burner comprises a filter, a plasma burner(100), and a fuel inlet tube. The filter is connected to the exhaust pipe(4) in the opposite side of the engine. The plasma burner is installed between the engine and filter within the exhaust pipe. The plasma burner heats the exhaust gas by using the plasma discharge. The fuel inlet tube connects the plasma burner and fuel tank. The plasma burner comprises the furnace(10), and the electrode(20). The reaction furnace is installed inside the exhaust pipe. The electrode is installed inside furnace while maintaining the inner surface and interval of furnace. The reaction furnace comprises the preheating barrel furnace(31), the fuel inlet(32), the inflow opening of waste gas(33), the burner pore. The preheating barrel furnace preheats the fuel which is connected to the fuel inlet tube and is supplied. The fuel inlet supplies the preheated fuel to furnace and between electrodes.

    Abstract: An exhaust gas reduction system of a diesel engine using a plasma reactor is provided to reduce the amount of particular materials and nitrogen oxides discharged from the diesel engine. An exhaust gas reduction system of a diesel engine using a plasma reactor includes an engine(2), a DPF reproduction device(3), a recirculation device(4), and a plasma reactor(5). The engine receives fuel from a fuel tank and burns the fuel. The DPF reproduction device is installed at an exhaust pipe(6) through which an exhaust gas from the engine is discharged. The recirculation device supplies a portion of the exhaust gas discharged to the exhaust pipe into the engine. The plasma reactor is installed to increase efficiency of the DPF reproduction device and the exhaust gas recirculation device. Products generated from the plasma reactor are supplied to the exhaust pipe to increase the temperature of the exhaust pipe so as to increase efficiency of the DPF reproduction device.
