Abstract: 본 발명은 충격흡수 또는 충격완화 기능을 가지는 신발창에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 신발창의 앞과 뒷부분에 각각 적용 설치한 충격흡수용 스폰지에 의해 충격흡수 효과가 극대화될 수 있고, 내부의 충격흡수용 스폰지가 외부에서 보일 수 있게 설치한 투명창에 의해 소비자들이 그 효과를 직접 육안으로 확인할 수 있도록 한 신발창에 관한 것이다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 미드솔에서 충격을 많이 받게 되는 앞쪽 부위와 그 뒤쪽 발 뒤꿈치 부위의 각 하면에 설치홈을 각각 형성시키고 이 각 설치홈의 안쪽면에는 다수의 끼움홈을 형성시키며 다수의 충격흡수용 스폰지를 상기 설치홈 내에서 해당 끼움홈에 각각 끼워 고정하는 한편 아웃솔에는 상기 앞쪽 및 뒤쪽의 충격흡수용 스폰지가 외부에서 보일 수 있게 하는 투명창을 각각 설치하여서 된 것을 특징으로 한다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a production process of outsole or midsole of shoes which passes through two continuous molding processes to produce a product so that it increases adhesion power with improving the quality of the product. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the outsole or the midsole of the shoes comprises the steps of: (i) producing a first preform smaller than the size of the final product by a first injection molding or compression molding; and (ii) projecting the preform into a press with heating to cross-link and foam the preform within the press to complete appearance of the outsole or the midsole of the shoes.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A silica masterbatch is provided, which contains silica in large quantities by increasing compatibility of the silica and a base rubber by controlling contents of additives and a mixing condition specially. And a process for producing the silica masterbatch is also provided. CONSTITUTION: The silica masterbatch is produced by the process containing the steps of: pre-mixing a rubber, a thermoplastic resin, or a mixture thereof as a base material at 130-170deg.C; injecting 150-200pts.wt. of the silica, 7-20pts.wt. of a silane-based coupling agent, 15-50pts.wt. of a processing oil, and 7-20pts.wt. of an activator into 100pts.wt. of the base material and mixing; making sheets of the mixture and compressing. The rubber is selected from a natural rubber(NR), a butadiene rubber(BR), a styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR), a modified styrene-butadiene rubber(SBR), an ethylene-propylene rubber(EPM, EPDM), and a nitrile rubber(NBR). And the thermoplastic resin is selected from a polyethylene(PE), an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA), an ethylene butene copolymer, and etc.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A preparation method of a foam material for use in a shoe sole is provided to allow the shoe sole to be improved in mechanical strength and colorful representation. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method comprises: preparing an unfoamed material by injection molding or compression molding one or more compounds comprising 3-7 wt% of a foaming agent, 0.5-0.8 wt% of a crosslinker, 1-5 wt% of metallic oxide, 1-2 wt% of stearic acid, and 0.1-1 wt% of a pigment based on 100 wt% of an ethylene vinyl acetate(EVA) copolymer; and preparing a foam material by compression molding the unfoamed material with a pressure of 140-160 kg/cm¬2 at 160-180 deg. C for 5-15 minutes.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A rubber composition and its preparation method are provided, which exhibits a high elongation, a maximized sliding resistance and an excellent fashionable appearance and is useful as the outer sole of shoes. CONSTITUTION: The rubber composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a base rubber; 1.0-4.0 parts by weight of sulfur; 0.1-3.0 parts by weight of a curing auxiliary; 5-120 parts by weight of a filler; 0.5-2.0 parts by weight of a coupling agent; 0.2-1.0 parts by weight of a crosslinking auxiliary; 3.0-10.0 parts by weight of a metal oxide and 0.5-3.0 parts by weight of stearic acid as a curing stabilizer; 0.05-2.0 parts by weight of an antioxidizing agent; 0.5-3.0 parts by weight of an antistatic material; and 0.1-2.0 parts by weight of a pigment. The method comprises the steps of plasticizing a natural base rubber under a roll of 30-40 deg.C; and adding the filler and other additives to the plasticized base rubber and plasticizing and mixing them at a kneader of 120-130 deg.C.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An industrial foam using a styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer is provided, to reduce manufacturing cost and to improve impact absorbing property, impact resilience and compression set. CONSTITUTION: The industrial foam comprises 100 parts by weight of a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer or blend as a thermoplastic elastomer; 0.01-2.5 parts by weight of a crosslinking agent; 0.1-1.0 parts by weight of a co-crosslinking agent; and 1-10 parts by weight of a foaming agent. Preferably the foam comprises a mixture of 20-99 parts by weight of a styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer and 1-80 parts by weight of a polymer for blend instead of the styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer. Preferably the polymer for blend is at least one selected from the group consisting of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, a butadiene rubber, an isoprene rubber, an ethylene-propylene rubber, a butyl rubber, a styrene-butadiene rubber, a dielectric rubber which is obtained by adding an oil to the rubbers, 1,2-polyethylene, polybutadiene and polystyrene-polyvinyl-isoprene terpolymer.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a rubbery gel which provides excellent shock absorbing property, particularly shock absorbing rubber gel which is low in hardness, such as silicone gel or urethane gel. CONSTITUTION: The rubbery gel is prepared by adding sequentially 2-40 parts by weight of tackifying resin, 30-200 parts by weight of process oil and 5-20 parts by weight of liquefied rubber, and 5-80 parts by weight of filler and 0.1-12 parts by weight of crosslinking/shaping agents for rubber to 100 parts by weight of at least one selected from the group consisting of natural rubber, epoxylated natural rubber, nitrile rubber, butyl rubber, halogenated butyl rubber or their mixture to obtain a blend, and press-shaping the blend. The tackifying resin is at least one natural resin or synthetic resin selected from a rosin-based resin, a terpene-based resin, an aliphatic or an aromatic petroleum resin, a coumarone resin and a phenol resin.
