Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for generating a reference signal. Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for transferring packet data in a mobile communication system and a method thereof are provided to lower a clock of a processor by reducing load in a protocol stack processor. CONSTITUTION: A microcontroller(110) transfers packet data, transmitted to a mobile communication system, to an external device through an upstream packet data transmission process.
