재난 안전 통신을 위한 방법 및 장치가 개시된다. 재난 안전 통신 방법으로서, 그룹캐스트 설정 요청 메시지를 기지국에 전송하는 단계, 그룹캐스트 설정 요청 메시지에 대한 응답으로 그룹캐스트 자원 정보를 포함한 상향링크 승인 메시지를 기지국으로부터 수신하는 단계, 및 송신 단말과 동일한 그룹에 속한 수신 단말들로 전송할 데이터를 그룹캐스트 자원 정보가 지시하는 자원을 통해 기지국에 전송하는 단계를 포함한다. 따라서, 재난 안전 통신이 효과적으로 수행될 수 있다.

본 발명은, 릴레이의 송수신 전환 시간, 신호 전달 시간 중 적어도 하나를 고려하여 백홀 하향링크 및 백홀 상향링크의 프레임 구성과 전송 타이밍을 결정하고 그에 따라 송수신을 수행함으로써, 릴레이가 존재하는 무선 통신 시스템에서 릴레이와 기지국과의 데이터 송수신을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A transmission and reception method for an M2M(Machine to Machine) communication device are provided to offer an M2M communication service, and to maintain compatibility with an existing mobile communication system. CONSTITUTION: An MTC(Machine Type Communication) device extracts information related to an MTC band from a downlink frame received from a base station(S1210). The MTC device searches an MTC downlink resource area from a downlink frame transmitted from the base station based on the information related to the MTC band(S1220). The MTC device extracts M2M communication data in the MTC downlink resource area(S1230). The MTC band includes a band in which a physical broadcast channel and a synchronization signal are transmitted. PURPOSE: A D2D(Device to Device) connecting establishment and scheduling method are provided to continuously transmit data and to dynamically schedule the data for a D2D communication link by embodying a semi-continuous scheduling method. CONSTITUTION: A base station transmits connecting establishment information for a D2D link through an RRC(Radio Resource Control) signaling to each terminal(S210). The transmission terminal of the D2D link transmits a BSR(Buffer Status Report) for D2D communication to the base station(S220). Two terminals transmit and receive D2D data by using the assigned resources(S230). The reception terminal of the D2D link reports the CSI(Channel State Information) of the measured D2D link to the base station(S240).

PURPOSE: A wireless multiple carrier code allocation multiplexing communication apparatus is provided to effectively transmit data by using a transmission diversity method. CONSTITUTION: A time-space encoding unit(110) creates plural data streams by encoding transmission data through time-space encoding. A wireless resource code creation unit(120) creates a radio resource code vector by referring to radio resource assignment information. A signal creation unit(130) creates a CDM(Code Division Multiplexing) signal by multiplying the created wireless resource code vector with each data stream. A transmission unit(140) transmits the CDM signal to reception apparatuses(160,170) through plural transmission antennas(150).

PURPOSE: A device for allocating wireless resources in a wireless communication network and a method thereof are provided to configure sub frame allocation information about each terminal group. CONSTITUTION: A wireless resource is allocated to each terminal group. The cycle and offset of the wireless resource, and information of a sub frame to be used are obtained(S501). Sub frame allocation information is configured for each terminal group(S502). The configured sub frame allocation information is transmitted to at least one terminal(S503).

PURPOSE: A method of transmission and reception of the control information in wireless communication systems is provided to effectively transceive a control channel. CONSTITUTION: A downlink allocation information is allocated in a downlink sub frame(1210). By using the downlink sub frame, whether to transmit a uplink allocation information or not is determined(1220). According to the determination, whether the uplink allocation information is transmitted or not is inserted to the downlink allocation information(1240). The downlink sub frame is transmitted to a terminal(1250).

PURPOSE: Carrier aggregation in a wireless communication system is provided to allocate wireless resources using the corresponding relation between a downlink and an uplink, thereby transmitting data using an allocated wireless resource. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(910) receives control information and data using a plurality of downlink carrier components. The receiving unit receives scheduling information about the data using a primary carrier component. A controller(920) determines an uplink channel element included in the uplink carrier component. A transmission unit(930) transmits receiving checking information about the data to the base station using the determined uplink channel element.
