Abstract: A mobile communication terminal and an international roaming method thereof are provided to newly install a wireless communication program properly for a wireless communication type, thereby reconstructing the mobile communication terminal in a communicable state. When international roaming is requested, a visiting country performing international roaming is chosen(S110). It is determined whether a wireless communication program corresponding to the chosen country exists. When the wireless communication program does not exist, it is connected to a program server providing a different type wireless communication program(S130). The wireless communication program is downloaded from the program server(S140). The wireless communication program is installed in the mobile communication terminal(S160).

Abstract: A method for creating/changing a transport CID in a portable Internet system and a terminal for the same are provided to enable a CID managing unit to confirm whether QoS parameter information, inputted through a user input/output unit, is equal to a service grade of the CID, and then create a new CID or add new packet classification rules to the confirmed CID according to the confirmation result, thereby exactly classifying packets and differentiating a packet service between the terminal and a base station. A terminal comprises the followings: a packet monitoring unit(210); a user input/output unit(230) for receiving QoS(Quality of Service) parameter information from a user with respect to a packet of which classification is impossible; a CID(Connection Identifier) managing unit(250); and a data storage(220). If there is no CID having a service grade equal to a grade of the inputted QoS parameter information, the CID managing unit(250) starts a DSA(Dynamic Service Add) process in order to create a new CID. If there is the CID having the service grade equal to the grade of the QoS parameter information inputted through the user input/output unit(230), the CID managing unit(250) starts a DSC(Dynamic Service Change) process in order to add new packet classifier rules, on the packet of which classification is impossible, to the CID having the same grade.

3. 발명 해결방법의 요지
본 발명은 단말기 본체에 플립 또는 폴더를 결합시키는 힌지의 외주면에 결합되며, 상기 플립 또는 폴더의 개방에 따라 상기 힌지와 함께 회동하는 회동부재;그 일단부는 상기 회동부재의 소정위치에 결합되며, 그 타단부는 상기 회동부재의 회동에 따라 상기 단말기 본체의 배터리 수용홀 측으로 출입되는 고정막대; 및 상기 회동부재와 고정막대를 결합하는 고정핀을 포함하는 이동통신 단말기의 배터리 이탈 방지장치를 제공한다.

본 발명은 이동통신 단말기에서 통화중에는 배터리를 이탈시킬 수 없도록 한 이동통신 단말기의 배터리 이탈 방지장치에 관한 것임.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for event notification in a communication network using a mediator is provided to transmit a PER(Potential Event Report) only to an EFD(Event Forwarding Discriminator) satisfying a discrimination condition, so as to reduce the delay of event notification. CONSTITUTION: A mediator receives event notification from a management object generating an error, and searches an EFD(Event Forwarding Discriminator) list, to discriminate an event transmission identifier for the event notification. A PER(Potential Event Report) for the event notification is transmitted to the discriminated event transmission identifier. The event transmission identifier extracts a destination list from the PER, to deliver an actual event report to a manager of the destination.

Abstract: 본 발명은 기지국과 이동국 사이에 정보 전송을 위해 무선 채널을 갖는 셀룰라 이동통신 시스템에 관한 것으로, 특히, 과부하 셀의 트래픽 부하를 줄이고 부하가 적은 셀의 트래픽 부하를 증가시키기 위해 셀의 크기와 모양을 변경할 수 있는 셀룰라 무선 시스템의 셀의 부하 분담 동작이 성능에 미치는 영향을 고려한 제어 방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 셀룰라 무선 시스템의 과부하 셀의 부하분담은 무선 채널 자원의 사용 점유율이 낮은 인접 셀로 과부하 셀의 부하를 이동시킴으로써 가능하다. 이러한 부하 분담은 과부하 셀의 셀 경계를 축소하고 동시에 인접 셀의 셀 경계를 증대시킴으로써 수행된다. 셀 경계의 증감은 셀의 전송 출력 세기의 증감이나 핸드오프 과정을 통제하는 임계치의 변경에 의해 이루어지는데, 이것은 다른 인접 셀의 간섭을 유발하거나 핸드오프 실패율을 증가시킴으로써 전체적인 성능 저하를 야기하는 단점이 있다.
따라서, 본 발명은 부하 분담 동작에 의해 영향받는 피 간섭 셀의 범위를 정의하고 부하 분담 동작이 실행되기 이전의 피 간섭 셀의 성능과 이후의 성능을 측정, 비교하여 부하 분담 동작의 계속 수행 여부를 결정하는 방법을 제시한다.
