PURPOSE: A handover method in a wireless communications system for train control capable of improving service quality of train communications is provided to reduce handover delay time by omitting a procedure of collecting channel information of a target base station candidate group in order to select one target base station. CONSTITUTION: An information storage unit stores base station identifier sequence information before a train departs(S310). By the base station identifier sequence information, a base station identifier installed in a service route of the train is arranged according to the direction of progress of the service route. A handover performing unit selects a next base station to a currently connected serving base station as a target base station using the base station identifier sequence information(S320). PURPOSE: A handover method in a wireless communication system, apparatus, and delay parameter determination method are provided to control handover between a small cell and a macro cell by adding a delay time condition to a handover determination algorithm. CONSTITUTION: When a handover determination condition is satisfied, a user terminal acquires the delay parameter of a small cell BS(Base Station)(S204,S206). The user terminal measures the strength of a signal received from a small cell base station. When the handover determination condition is satisfied, the user terminal calculates delay time(S216,S218). PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for retransmission are provided to complete the procedure related to data transmission in data transmission at a rapid point. CONSTITUTION: A terminal(200) receives a data burst transmitted from a base station(100)(S510), and determines a feedback frame offset among the set range based on the division information of the frame. The feedback frame offset is determined according to the location range of a downlink subframe index of the data burst. The transmission point of the feedback signal is determined based on the feedback frame offset(S520), and the terminal transfers the feedback signal to the base station at the determination point(S530).

PURPOSE: A ranging method and an apparatus thereof for reducing time delay generated in a ranging process are provided to minimize a delay by a ranging code transmission fail. CONSTITUTION: A ranging code selecting unit(220) transmits a first ranging code to a base station through a first ranging channel. A ranging response processing unit(240) receives a ranging bitmap and a ranging response message to a base station. The ranging code is received to the base station through at least one ranging channel. The ranging response processing unit determines the retransmission of the first ranging code based on ranging code identification information.

PURPOSE: An audio distinguishing device and a method thereof are provided to reduce calculation by removing unnecessary an audio determination process. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of audio determination units(200) determines each inputted audio signal as a voice signal or a non-voice signal. Based on determination result of a first audio determination unit, a control unit(100) determines whether drive a second audio determination unit after the first audio determination unit. Based on an audio signal determination result of the audio determination unit, the control unit finally determines the audio signal as a voice signal or a non-voice signal.
