Abstract: 본 발명은 홈서버와 개인정보단말을 이용한 개인 위치정보 전송시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 HTTP 서버 번들과 GPS 에이전트를 이용하여 개인 정보단말을 가진 개인의 위치를 홈서버에 의해 보다 효과적으로 파악할 수 있도록 한 홈서버와 개인정보단말을 이용한 개인 위치정보 전송시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 홈서버와 개인정보단말을 이용한 개인 위치정보 전송시스템은, GPS 위성을 통해 현재의 위치정보를 수신하기 위한 GPS 모듈과 상기 수신된 위치정보를 전송하기 위한 GPS 에이전트가 탑재된 개인정보단말; 상기 GPS 에이전트로부터 전송된 상기 개인정보단말의 위치정보를 제공받아 상기 개인정보단말의 현재 위치정보를 지도상에 표시하여 전송하기 위한 포털서버; 상기 포털서버로부터 전송된 상기 개인정보단말의 현재 위치정보를 제공받을 수 있도록 HTTP 서버 번들이 탑재된 홈서버; 및 상기 개인정보단말의 GPS 에이전트와 상기 홈서버의 HTTP 서버 번들을 외부에서 관리하기 위한 서비스 프로바이더를 포함하여 이루어진다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A home shopping system and method using a home server and a personal information terminal is provided to enable a user to watch a digital TV broadcasting through a home server capable of controlling all information of electric home appliances in a house and to purchase commodities displayed on the digital TV screen in real time using a portable personal information terminal. CONSTITUTION: A specific commodity is selected from a TV broadcasting screen by a user input device. A digital TV(10) generates advertisement data requesting signal with respect to the selected commodity. A personal information terminal(20) receives advertisement data with respect to the commodity, displays commodity information and Internet shopping mall address information. The personal information terminal(20) enable a user to connect to an Internet shopping mall of a specific commodity and to request a commodity purchase. A home shopping server(30) manages the Internet shopping mall, checks user information with respect to the commodity purchase request of the user, and approves the commodity purchase request. A home server(40) receives a broadcasting/advertisement signal made by mixing advertisement data with a TV broadcasting signal, separates and transmits a TV broadcasting signal to the digital TV, and stores advertisement data according to commodity lists. If an advertisement data request signal of the digital TV is inputted, the home server(40) transmits advertisement data with respect to a specific commodity to a personal information terminal of a registered user through the Internet. If the home shopping server(30) requests information of a user who requested a commodity purchase, the home server(40) supplies the registered user information to the home shopping server(30).
