PURPOSE: A load control apparatus and a method for advanced metering infrastructure network is provided to declare withdrawal of another electric power equipment in case of an electric power equipment by providing the list of electric power equipment belonging to a power control group. CONSTITUTION: A withdrawal declaration unit(110) inputs consumer manipulation and declares withdrawal of a first electric power equipment of power control group. If the withdrawal declaration unit declares withdrawal, A withdrawal processor(120) provides the list of the electric power equipment belonging to the power control group. The withdrawal processor processes the declared withdrawal. The power control group comprises characteristic data of the electric power equipment. The withdrawal processor provides the list of the electric power equipment with reference to characteristic data of the first electric power equipment.

PURPOSE: An AMI gateway unit and a method thereof for processing AMI(Advanced Metring Infrastructure) massive data and various application profiles are provided to reduce data amount to efficiently process the massive data. CONSTITUTION: A storage part(220) stores a mapping table, in which the second ID value mapped in the first ID value, is saved. An ID processing unit(270) converts the first ID value into the second ID value with reference to the mapping table. A meter data processing unit(240) produces the increment of meter value transmitted from a cyclometer for the inspection of a meter. A processor(250) is transmitted the increment of meter value and the second ID value. The processor transmits the increment of the meter value and the second ID value as AMI massive data to the AMI server.

PURPOSE: A road guiding method using a wireless telecommunication and an apparatus therefore are provided to effectively guide the road guidance service to user by using only a wireless telecommunication. CONSTITUTION: A destination transmission unit(610) transmits the destination location which it is input from a user through a wireless telecommunication to the road guide server. A position recognizer(620) recognizes the present position through the wireless telecommunication. A passing through position output unit(630) is provided the passing through position information of the destination end-to-end from the road guide server. The passing through position output unit outputs the passing through position information through the output interface to the user.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for detecting survival of animate being and a method using the same are provided to reduce power consumption in an organism by detecting the survival of the organism without an additional complex signal. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus for detecting survival of animate being and a method using the same, a tilt sensor(110) is attached to a target organism. The tilt sensor detects the minute vibration which is generated from the movement of the target organism A determination unit(120) determines the survival during a predetermined update period based on the minute vibration. A communication unit(130) transmits an update package including the determination result of the determination unit to outside. The update packet includes a death filed indicating survival information filed and update period.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method of a wakeup on demand device and a sensor device using the same and a method thereof are provided to reduce power consumption of the device. CONSTITUTION: A wakeup radio receiver(110) receives a first propagation signal. The wakeup radio receiver detects an address. If the detected address is identical with the previously determined address, a main radio wave transceiver(120) transceives a second radio signal for performing a data communication. The wakeup radio receiver comprises a start delimiter pattern comparator and an address decoder. The frame start delimiter pattern comparator detects the frame start in the first radio wave signal.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for controlling energy usage having remote control of electronic appliance are provided to maintain energy reserve rate by using the amount of energy consumption control device. CONSTITUTION: A temperature comparison part(215) compares the set critical temperature range with the room temperature. A remote control determining unit(217) decides the remote control condition of the electronics. An energy control part(219) control the amount of the energy consumption of the electronics according to the determination of a result. The remote control determination unit compares the set reference current value with the current measurements of the electronics and decides the remote control condition of the electronics.

PURPOSE: A multi-PAN collision avoiding method in a zigbee network is provided to prevent interference or network connection disable by reducing overlapping between PANs, and to confirm beacon information of a neighboring node. CONSTITUTION: A first node included in a PAN confirms a plurality of PAN collision by checking a packet received from neighboring nodes(S710). The first node checks beacon information of the neighboring nodes by gradually adjusting RF transmission electric waves(S720). The first node adjusts a communication range based on the beacon information(S730).

PURPOSE: A sensor node for monitoring application in a mesh sensor network using time division access and a routing method thereof are provided to reduce power consumption using beacon omission function, an adjacent node tracking function, and a routing function using Beacon. CONSTITUTION: A first sensor node(301) transmits Beacon(341) including routing information in a Beacon interval 1(311). The first sensor node transmits Beacon(343) including routing information(333) in a Beacon interval 6(316). The routing cycle of the first sensor node includes five Beacon cycles. The other sensor nodes periodically transmit the Beacon including the routing information according to the routing cycle. One Beacon cycle includes a plurality of time slots.
