Provided is a method of selecting a base station to be participated cooperatively based on the strength of a received signal in order to be able to calculate smoothly a free coding vector if there are three or more base stations to share information. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method can be improved as compared to a non-cooperative network and achieve proximity performance to a completed cooperative network by determining the base stations to share the information among all the base stations in a plurality of cell MIMO network.

Provided is a method to select an optimal serving base station in a base station of multi-cell cooperative communication network. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the base station included in the multi-cell cooperative communication network can efficiently select the optimal serving base station for a specific terminal and also provide an efficient method of selecting the optimal serving base station of the base station even in case a network on which an one-way cooperative communication is mounted.

PURPOSE: Ship safety navigation equipment and method are provided to promote a safe navigation by providing a real-time control image to all ships periodically or depending on needs. CONSTITUTION: A ship terminal device(100) is installed. A ship control center terminal device(300) is equipped in a ship control center. A ship terminal device receives a control image and transmits a real-time navigation image to the ship control center terminal device. The ship control center terminal device displays a real-time navigation image through an image display unit and transmits a control image and navigation information to a ship terminal device.

CONSTITUTION: An STBC(Space Time Block Coding) part receives transmission data. The STBC part outputs a plurality of coding signals. A pre-equalizer(23) executes a pre-equalization of a plurality of coding signals transmitted from the STBC part. The pre-equalizer outputs a plurality of transmission signals. A first and a second transmission antenna(25,26) transmit a plurality of transmission signals at the different time.

PURPOSE: A tail biting convolution encoding device and a method thereof are provided to execute a tail biting convolution encoding by reflecting a result that an initial preset bit is encoded on the result that information bit sequence is encoded. CONSTITUTION: A buffer(100) stores a bit sequence as much as the initial L bit of the n-number of information bit sequence. An encoder(200) executes an encoding process when data is inputted to the buffer. The encoder stores the convolution-coded encoded bit sequence to a storage part(300) by convolution-encoding the n-number of information bit sequence consisting of inputted data block. The encoder encodes to the final bit of the data block. The encoder successively convolution-encodes the initial L bit saved in the buffer from the first bit. The encoder outputs the bit sequence which is tail biting convolution-encoded by arranging the convolution-encoded bit in the location of firstly encoded bit sequence among encoded bit sequence.

A method and a device for decoding a turbo code are provided to give a weighted value to a systematic bit by comparing a received error data with a LLR(Log Likelihood Ratio) value of the systematic bit of a retransmission data. A transceiving part(110) exchanges a data with a transmitter which transmits the data. The transceiving part exchanges an encoded data by using a turbo code as a channel code. A decoding part(120) decodes the received data by using a turbo decoder. An error checking part(130) checks an error of the data. A memory(140) stores the data. A LLR calculation part(150) calculates a LLR value of a systematic bit of the data. A comparing part(160) compares the LLR value of the systematic bit of the data. A data generating part(170) generates a coupling data.
