    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a hologram observation device which can display an image with high resolution. CONSTITUTION:Reference data obtained by a fixed sensor 1 and scan data at respective points which are obtained by a scanning sensor 2 scanning an observed surface 3 are converted into frequency spectrum, which are processed by relative vector operation to obtain hologram data; and a two-dimensional frequency analyzing means 5 takes the frequency analysis of those hologram data to obtain image data. In this hologram observation device, two cascaded frequency analyzing means 5A and 5B which constitute the two-dimensional frequency analyzing means 5 and analyze frequencies in an (x) and a (y) direction are so structured that the results of frequency analyses taken by fast Fourier transforming means 8A and 8B are weighted with the frequency analysis results of frequency analyzing means 7A and 7B operation according to a complexified maximum entropy method and then taken out.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain highly accurate high-resolution analyzed results irrespective of the discrete frequency of Fourier transformation by estimating the true frequency, amplitude, and phase of a true line spectrum by calculation when a frequency spectrum obtained as a result of fast Fourier transformation is judged as the true line spectrum. CONSTITUTION:When three spectra are adjacent to each other and the phases of the upper and lower spectra fall with a permissible range among discrete frequency spctra obtained as a result of fast Fourier transformation 4, the frequency, amplitude, and phase of a true spectrum are found by performing interpolation discrimination 5 and interpolation processing 7 on the three spectra by regarding that the three spectra are dispersed from the true frequency. Then the spectrum data are accumulated 12 and, at the same time, the spectrum data are reversely converted into time base data by performing inverse Fourier transformation 8 on the data and the time base data are accumulated 9. A subtractor 11 subtracts the accumulated data from input data and the subtracted result in again inputted to a window function weighting means 3. Since the interpolated spectrum is displayed 6 as a line spectrum in a state where the residual energy is lowered, the accuracy and resolution of this frequency analyzing device can be improved.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To allow measurement in a short time through a single measuring circuit. CONSTITUTION:Both opposite ends of an electric double layer capacitor 11 to be measured is connected with a power supply 23 side and previously charged up to about a DC measuring voltage. Switches 21, 22 are then switched to the fixed contact (b) side to apply the DC measuring voltage from a power supply 24 and an AC voltage from an AC power supply 14 onto the capacitor 14 to be measured. AC voltage drop Vv across the capacitor 11 at that time is determined through a subtracting circuit 33 and AC current flowing through the capacitor 11 at that time is determined as a voltage Vi through a current/ voltage converting circuit 26. Output voltage VvXRf (Rf represents feedback resistance of the current/voltage converting circuit 26) from the substracting circuit 33 is then divided by the voltage Vi to determine an impedance having real part representative of DC resistance Rs of the capacitor 11 and imaginary part Im representative of the capacitance.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To accurately measure the voltage across a body to be measured without damaging an element for measurement by detecting conduction between 1st and 3rd contactors and 2nd and 4th contactors, and detecting whether or not there is a potential difference between specific contactors. CONSTITUTION:When the resistance between the 1st and 3rd contactors 13 and 18 decreases, a large current flows to the secondary side of a transformer 32, and consequently the potential at the contact 38 rises and the output of an inverter 39 varies from high level to low level. Similarly, when the resistance between the 2nd and 4th contactors 16 and 19 decreases, the output of an inverter 46 varies to the low level as well. Consequently, the conduction between the respective contactors is detected. Further, when there is any potential difference between at least two of the contactors 13, 16, 18, and 19 coming into contact with electrodes 12 and 15 of the body 1 to be measured, the potential at a contact point 61 rises and a transistor 62 turns on the cause variation of the output of the inverter 62 from the low level to the high level, so a high voltage developed between contactors can be detected before four-terminal contacting, and a signal source 14, a current-voltage converter 17, buffer amplifiers 21 and 22 for voltage detection, etc., are prevented from damaging.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To eliminate a system noise, and to attain an accurate measurement by providing a device in which currents come from a 1st, 2nd signal generators of direct frequency combining type (generators) and from an object to be measured are combined and vector-detected. CONSTITUTION:An output of the 1st generator consisting of a phase accumulator 43, sinewave memory 46, latch circuits 51, 52, D/A converter 53, and LPE 54, is supplied to the object to be measured from a terminal 61 through a transformer, and at the same time a current flowing in the object is conducted from the transformer. Then, this current and an output of the 2nd generator level- adjusted 64 are converted to voltages and combined by a combining circuit 65, and also an output of the object is inputted to a differential amplifier 85 from terminals 81, 82. Next, outputs of the circuit 65 and the amplifier 85 are changed-over by a switch 94 and multiplied with sinewave/cosinewave for outputs of the latch circuits 89, 91 and D/A converter 92, 93, then integrated 97, 98 and subjected to sample and hold 99, 101 with a Q output of FF 49. These outputs are changed-over by a switch 102, and converted 103, calculated 104 and displayed 105.

A radiophotograph is acquired by observing a radio wave hologram at the commanded observation point by the radiophotograph observing car 13 (Step 105) to specify a radio wave emitting source. Transmission electric power in the radio wave emitting source is estimated from brightness of an image in the radiophotograph and a distance value up to the radio wave emitting source (Step 106).
