Abstract: In one aspect, a method of stimulating flow of a fluid present in a subsurface reservoir to a wellbore is provided, which method, in one non-limiting embodiment, may include providing a working fluid that includes a heated base fluid and heated nanoparticles, wherein the nanoparticle have a core and a shell; supplying the working fluid into a selected section of the subsurface reservoir; allowing the heated nanoparticles to transfer heat to the fluid in the subsurface reservoir to stimulate flow of the fluid from the reservoir to the wellbore.

Abstract: A disintegrable tubular anchoring system comprises a frustoconical member; a sleeve with at least one first surface being radially alterable in response to longitudinal movement of the frustoconical member relative to the sleeve, the first surface being engagable with a wall of a structure; a seal with at least one second surface being radially alterable; and a seat having a land being sealingly engagable with a removable plug runnable thereagainst. The frustoconical member, sleeve, seal, and seat are disintegrable and independently comprise a metal composite which includes a cellular nanomatrix comprising a metallic nanomatrix material; and a metal matrix disposed in the cellular nanomatrix. A process of isolating a structure comprises disposing the disintegrable tubular anchoring system in the structure; radially altering the sleeve to engage a surface of the structure; and radially altering the seal to the isolate the structure.

Abstract: A fracturing operation is done in open hole without annular space isolation. The annular space is spanned by extendable members that are located behind isolation valves. The extendable members can comprise a biodegradable plug that allows extension of the extendable members by application of pressure. With the plug remained in place, additional pressure can be delivered until at least a portion of the degradable material is pushed onto the surface of the formation. At least a portion of the pushed degradable material provides a seal between the end of the extendable members and the surface of the formation to allow pressure to build until the formation frac gradient is exceeded and the formation is fraced.
