The invention relates to 4-benzoyl-pyrazoles of formula (I), in which the substituents R1, R2 and Q and the groups X1 and Het have the meaning as given in the description. The invention also relates to their salts suited for use in agriculture, the methods and intermediary products required for producing compounds of formula (I), the products containing such compounds and salts, as well as the use of compounds of formula (I) and products containing them for destroying adventive plants.

The invention relates to novel hydroximic acid derivatives of formula (I) and their salts, wherein X = O, S; Y = O, S; R1 = H, C¿1?-C4-alkyl, NH2, C1-C4-alkylamino or di(C1-C4-alkyl)amino; R?2 = C¿1-C3-halogenalkyl; R3 = H, halogen, C¿1?-C4-alkyl; R?4¿ = H, halogen; R5 = CN, halogen; R6 = C1-C6-alkyl, C2-C6-alkenyl, C3-C6-alkinyl or phenyl-C1-C6-alkyl, wherein the phenyl ring of this group can be unsubstituted or can carry 1-3 substituents; R7 = a C¿1?-C6-alkyl, C2-C6-alkenyl, C3-C6-alkinyl or phenyl-C1-C6-alkyl group, wherein these four groups can be unsubstituted or can carry one or two substituents. In the formula, the variables have the following meanings: R1, R2 are hydrogen, nitro, halogen, cyano, rhodano, hydroxy, mercapto, optionally substituted and/or functionalised C¿1?-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6 alkylthio, C1-C6 alkylsulfinyl, C1-C6 alkylsulfonyl, C1-C6 alkoxysulfonyl, or optionally substituted phenyl, phenoxy, phenylthio, phenylsulfinyl or phenylsulfonyl; Z is an optionally substituted, 4-membered, unsaturated, partially or completely saturated chain with three carbon atoms and one nitrogen atom; and Q is optionally substituted hydroxypyrazol of Formula (II) linked at position 4 in addition to the salts thereof which can be used in agriculture. Also disclosed is a process for preparing the hetaroyl derivatives, agents containing the same, as well as the use of these derivatives or the agents containing the same for controlling undesirable plants.
