PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire formed of a resin material and excellent in adhesion durability between a reinforcing metal cord member and a tire skeleton.SOLUTION: A tire has an annular tire skeleton formed of a resin material, and a reinforcing metal cord member wound around the external periphery of the tire skeleton. At least a part of the reinforcing metal cord member is coated with a coating mixture containing at least a thermoplastic resin, and at least one of olefin-based thermoplastic elastomers of an acid-modified olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer whose elasticity modulus is smaller than 140 MPa, and an acid-unmodified olefin-based thermoplastic elastomer whose elasticity modulus is smaller that 140 MPa.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire formed of thermoplastic resin materials including a polyolefin based thermoplastic elastomer and having superior heat resistance and durability, particularly in fixing performance relative to a reinforcement cord.SOLUTION: The tire 10 includes: an annular tire case 17 formed of a polyolefin based thermoplastic elastomer; a reinforcement cord 26 which has rigidity higher than that of the polyolefin based thermoplastic elastomer and is spirally wound around an outer circumferential part of the tire case 17, and part of which is buried in the outer circumferential part in a sectional view along an axial direction of the tire case 17 and brought into close contact with the thermoplastic resin materials; and a tread 30 provided at an outer side in a radial direction of a reinforcement cord layer 28 formed by the reinforcement cord 26.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin-metal composite material excellent in adhesion between a resin material and a metal steel wire, a method for producing the same, and a tire equipped with the resin-metal composite material.SOLUTION: The method for producing the resin-metal composite material comprises: a surface treatment step of applying a treatment liquid to a surface of the metal steel wire, wherein the treatment liquid contains at least a base and has a pH value of >7; and a resin material layer formation step of applying a silane coupling agent to the surface of the surface-treated metal steel wire and subsequently applying the resin material to the same. The treatment liquid is preferably a buffer liquid comprising at least one base chosen from an alkali metal hydroxide, an alkaline earth metal hydroxide and an amine.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electroconductive endless belt that has good melt stability during molding of the belt and, at the same time, has excellent durability and surface properties. SOLUTION: The electroconductive endless belt is in an end-free belt form and is used for image forming apparatuses. The electroconductive endless belt comprises a thermoplastic polyester resin as a main component and contains a bromine-type flame retardant, an antimony compound, and an aromatic carbodiimide compound added to the main component. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive endless belt which has a required high elasticity modulus and is excellent in the gloss of a belt surface. SOLUTION: The conductive endless belt has a laminated structure that has at least a base layer 101 and an outermost layer 102 in this order from inside. The conductive endless belt is formed by co-extrusion. The base layer 101 contains inorganic filler, and the outermost layer 102 contains no inorganic filler. SOLUTION: The polymer composition has a sea-island structure having a sea phase composed of a crystalline plastic A and an island phase composed of a plastic B with a lower hardness than the crystalline plastic A and dispersed in the sea phase, wherein the composition further contains a thermally conductive filler C. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance conductive endless belt having high strength, in particular, favorable bending durability and excellent creep resistance, dimensional stability and heat resistance, and to provide an image forming apparatus using the belt. SOLUTION: The conductive endless belt is used for transfer and transport of a tandem system in which the belt is driven to circulate by a driving member and transports a recording medium held by electrostatic attraction to four kinds of image forming bodies and each of the toner images is sequentially transferred to the recording medium. Or, the conductive endless belt is used for an intermediate transfer member which is installed between the image forming body and the recording medium and driven to circulate by a driving member and which transfers a toner image formed on the surface of the image forming body to the belt surface to temporarily hold the image and further transfers the image to the recording medium. The belt comprises, as the base material, modified polyphenylene oxide (PPO), a polymer alloy of modified PPO and another thermoplastic resin, or a polymer blend of modified PPO and another thermoplastic resin. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polymer composition with excellent dispersibility of filler in a short time and to significantly improve the productivity. SOLUTION: The polymer composition is manufactured by stirring and mixing filler or water slurry of the filler with a polymer latex, and subjecting the obtained mixture to ultrasonic waves to separate aggregates consisting of the filter and the polymer.
