    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb impact oscillating energy and to reduce noise by fixing a ceiling panel on a side wall panel erected around four sides of a waterproofing pan with support legs and building an impact absorbing mechanism of a specific elastic modulus in the waterproofing pan and the side wall panel. SOLUTION: An impact absorbing mechanism 30 is molded of nonwoven fabric, foaming resin, rubber, etc., and an elastic modulus of the impact absorbing mechanism 30 is set as 1×10-1×10 N/m , In this case, the impact absorbing mechanism 30 is normally built in between a bathtub side surface and a surface layer of a part of a wash place surface and a reinforcing material, but it is built only in the wash place part as required. On the contrary, the impact absorbing mechanism 30 can be built in between a surface layer 10 of the waterproofing pan 1 and a back surface layer 11 of the waterproofing pan 1. The impact absorbing mechanism 30 is fixed on the waterproofing pan 1, the back surface part 11 of the side wall panel and an intermediate part against impact noise generated at the time of using a unit bathroom. Consequently, it is possible to prevent propagation of impact by absorbing it.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce noises such as floor impact noise throughout a wide range extending from a low frequency area to a high frequency area by a method wherein sound absorbing materials are arranged along all wall surface at the periphery of an interior finish ceiling material and only at the periphery thereof. SOLUTION: A suspension tool 2 is suspended from a ceiling slab, such as a concrete slab 1, by an anchor bolt and an interior finish ceiling material 4 is arranged through an air layer 3 at the suspension tool 2. Sound-absorbing materials 5 are arranged along all a wall surface 6 at the periphery of the interior finish ceiling material 4 and only the periphery. The sound-absorbing material 5 is formed of short fibers of synthetic fibers or natural fibers used as a material, and specified permeability and ventilation resistance are provided in a way that a fiber diameter and apparent density are set to values within a specified range. This constitution effectively reduces the generation of noise, such as floor impact noise, throughout a wide range extending from a low frequency area to a high frequency area.

SOLUTION: A sheet 2 is overlaid on a backing 1, a decorative material 3 is overlaid on it. In this process, as regards sheet 2, a prepreg sheet in which a sheet backing formed from a fabric and a nonwoven fabric of paper, glass fibers, Vinylon fibers, polyester fibers, etc., is used, the backing 1, the sheet 2, and the material 3 are overlapped and hot-pressed so that the thermosetting resin is cured to be bonded to each other. As the thermosetting resin with which the sheet backing is impregnated, a fiber ratio is made to contain 100% or more, preferably made to be 200-300%, as the thermosetting resin to be used, phenol resin, epoxy resin, urea resin, and urethane resin are named.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a woody finishing material which is inexpensive and has good scratch resistance to be obtained by a method in which a prepreg sheet containing a thermosetting phenol resin is overlaid on a base plate, a decorative material which can be impregnated with the resin is laminated on the sheet to be hot-pressed and bonded. SOLUTION: A sheet 2 containing a thermosetting resin is stuck on a base plate 1, and a decorative material 3 is stuck on it. A material which makes the impregnation of a resin possible, for example plywood, a woody fiber board, etc., or complex plywood of these are used preferably as the base plate 1. The sheet 2 is a material in which a sheet backing of paper, a fabric, a nonwoven fabric, etc., is impregnated with the thermosetting resin. As paper impregnated with the resin as the sheet backing, gypsum board paper, craft paper, etc., are suitable. As regards the decorative material 3, a wood thin plate for a decorative sheet, paper on which a pattern, etc., are printed in advance or the surface of which is made uneven, etc., can be used appropriately. A material which makes the impregnation of the resin possible is selected as the material of the decorative material 3.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently reduce noise in a low frequency band by building a resonance absorption mechanism in a wall of a hollow or soled construction. SOLUTION: A resonance absorption mechanism 2 comprising a main body portion 21 having a cavity portion, a neck portion 22 having a air ventilation passage communicating with the cavity portion of the main body 21, and an opening 23 opened toward the indoor side at the neck portion 22 is built in a wall surface panel P thereby constituting a soundproof wall. A mechanism 2 utilizes the resonance phenomenon by the mass of air existing in air passage of the neck portion 22 and a spring component of air in the air cavity of the main body 21 and reduce and absorbs the standing wave occurred in the room. Also, the cross-sectional area of the opening portion 23, the volume of cavity of the main body portion 21, and the length of neck portion 22 are made freely adjustable and are accurately tuned to the standing wave changing in response to the situation inside the room. By doing this, the noise level in low frequency band, which is the most problematic among the impact sound of heavy weight to floor, can be efficiently reduced and the resonance sound absorbing mechanism can be arranged without projecting into the room, and also the noise insulation can be improved because of double wall construction.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a woody plywood of sufficient strength and surface smoothness by laminating a prepreg in the semi-hardened state formed by a non-woven cloth impregnated with thermosetting resin on the surface of a woody core material, heating, pressurizing and integrating together. SOLUTION: A non-woven cloth 1 is impregnated with thermosetting resin to form a prepreg in the semi-hardened state, which is laminated on the surface of a woody core material 2, heated, pressurized and integrated to manufacture a woody plywood. The prepreg is a molding material in the semi-hardened stage before the completion of hardening and composed of reinforced plastic formed by mixing a fiber reinforced material, thermosetting resin and, if necessary, other materials like a coloring agent, a curing catalyst and others, in which the functions of bonding properties and molding properties are remaining. As for a fiber raw material, fibers cut into 3-50mm and formed into mats by the wet paper manufacturing method or the dry non-woven cloth manufacturing method and bonded all together by a binder resin are suitable for use. As the volume ratio between the fiber material and resin, approximately 1:1-1:5 is preferable.
