    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide a control method of an air conditioning apparatus for maintaining comfortable environment in a room by accomplishing accurate judgment on the cooling or heating of outside air. CONSTITUTION:This control method of an air conditioning apparatus is so arranged to provide an air conditioner 2 having a cold/hot water coil 4, a cold/hot water valve 5 and a supply air fan 6, an exhaust fan 8, an outside air gas 7 for introducing outside air and a total heat exchanger 3 to perform heat exchange between an exhaust and outside air introduced and a bypassing path 20 is provided for the total heat exchanger 3 of the exhaust or the outside air. Dampers 12, 13 and 14 are provided in the respective paths for the exhaust 18, the outside air and the bypassing 20. A room temperature setting device 17 is arranged in a room 1 and temperature sensors 23, 15 and 16 are arranged herein to measure a room temperature, the temperature of the air circulated and the temperature of the outside air and controllers 10 and 11 are provided to perform a control based on outputs thereof. A command is outputted to close the cold/hot water valve fully while the total heat exchanger will not perform heat exchange using the bypass when a weighted mean of the temperature is lower than the set temperature in the cooling operation and higher in the heating operation and when the room temperature is higher than the set temperature in the cooling operation and lower in the heating operation.

CONSTITUTION:This control method of an air conditioning apparatus is so arranged to provide an air conditioner 2 having a cold/hot water coil 4, a cold/hot water valve 5 and a supply air fan 6, an exhaust fan 8, an outside air fan 7 for introducing outside air and a total heat exchanger 3 for heat exchange between an exhaust and the outside air introduced. A bypass path 20 is provided for the total heat exchanger 3 of the exhaust or the outside air. Dampers 12, 13 and 14 are arranged separately in paths for the exhaust 18, the outside air 19 and bypassing 20. A room temperature setting device 17 is arranged in a room 1 and temperature sensors 23, 15 and 16 are arranged therein to measure the temperature in the room, the temperature of air circulated from inside the room and the temperature of the outside air. Controllers 10 and 11 are provided to perform a control based on outputs thereof. A command is outputted to output a fully closing signal to the cold/hot water valve when the temperature of the air circulated is lower than the set room temperature and the temperature of the outside air is high in the cooling operation and when the temperature thereof is higher than the set room temperature and the temperature of the outside air is low in the heating operation and to let the total heat exchanger perform a total heat exchange between the outside air and the exhaust simultaneously.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To stably operate an air conditioner even at a low load by controlling an air quantity control device and a cold and hot water valve in accordance with a magnitude of load. CONSTITUTION:A control device 5 receives a signal from a temperature sensor 13, which detects a temperature in a room which is a space being subjected to air conditioning, and detects and controls a load. When the load detected by the control device 5 is 'great', a cold and hot water valve 4 is controlled so as to have a supply air temperature corresponding to a predetermined temperature and an air quantity control device 8 controls an air quantity so as to have a room temperature corresponding to a indoor target value. When the load detected by the control device 5 is 'small', the cold and hot water valve 4 is controlled so as to have a room temperature corresponding to the indoor target value, and the air quantity control device is controlled to maintain a predetermined opening degree. Therefore, it is possible to stably operate an air conditioner 1 even at a low load.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To control a flow rate of cold and hot water by means of a simple air conditioning equipment without the provision of any bypass piping. CONSTITUTION:An air conditioning system comprises two or more air conditioners 3 having a cold and hot water coil 5 and a cold and hot water valve 6 for adjusting a flow rate of cold and hot water supplied to the cold and hot water coil, heat source machines 1 for supplying cold and hot water to the air conditioners 3, controls 2, 7 for controlling the respective instruments, a central control panel 10 for performing supervisory control on the controls, and transmission lines 9 for connecting the central control panel to the respective controls. When a sum of opening degrees of the cold and hot water valves of the respective air conditioners is equal to or less than a predetermined value during operation of the heat source machines, an opening signal is output to cold and hot water valves of those air conditioners, which are stopped, so that control is effected so as not to make the sum of the opening degrees equal to or less than the predetermined value. It is preferable that those air conditioners, to which an opening signal is to be output, are an air conditioner disposed on a distal end of a cold and hot water piping from the heat source machines and succeeding air conditioners.

CONSTITUTION:The pressure difference between the pressure in a space R that is air-conditioned and that in a space S where is not air-conditioned is measured by a pressure difference meter 26 and the difference is inputted to a controller 20. The controller 20 controls an inverter 21 so as to bring the pressure in the space R to a pressure higher than the pressure in the space S by a specified value, controls the rotational speed of an exhaust fan 3, and controls the exhaust blast volume to a specified volume. In this case an outdoor air fan 4 is not controlled so that an inverter 22 is not required. In the same way, it is possible to increase the pressure of the space R by a specified value than the pressure in the space S by controlling the inverter 22 of the outdoor air fan 4. In this case the inverter 21 of the exhaust fan 3 is not required.

Temperature sensors 21-23 for supply air, return air, and outside air, CO2 sensor 24, humidity sensor 25, supply air pressure sensor 26, and differential pressure sensors 27-29 are installed on the downstream side of the prefilter 8 and the upstream side of a mixing part of return air and outside air, thereby preventing high temperature, high humidity, and dust.
