PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanofiber sheet that shrinks by contact with water.SOLUTION: A nanofiber sheet of this invention includes nanofibers containing a water-soluble high polymer and a water-insoluble high polymer, and shrinks by contact with water. Preferably the proportion of the water-soluble high polymer in the nanofiber sheet is 30-90 mass%. Preferably the water-soluble high polymer and the water-insoluble high polymer are intermingled in the nanofibers.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nanofiber with reduced sticky feeling due to an oily component despite that the oily component is highly blended into the nanofiber.SOLUTION: Nanofiber 10 of this invention comprises a water-soluble polymer and has a hollow part 13 in which an oily component 14 is contained. The nanofiber 10 has a small diameter part 12 and a large diameter part 11, and preferably the large diameter part 11 is provided with the hollow part 13. It is also preferable that both the large diameter part 11 and the small diameter part 12 are provided with a hollow part 13, and the hollow part 13 of the large diameter part 11 communicates with the hollow part 13 of the small diameter part 12.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel foot bath method to replace conventional foot baths using warm water. SOLUTION: The foot bath steam heating device 10 comprises a foot housing part 21 to which an foot is inserted to be housed through an opening part 20. The foot housing part 21 is provided with a steam generating part including oxidfizable metal, water, electrolyte, and reaction accelerator, and a housing member for containing the steam generating part. The device 10 comprises low rigidity parts 10c and 10d at corresponding positions to the tip and/or the ankle of the foot as inserted into the foot housing part 21, and a high rigidity part at a corresponding position to a part between the tip and the ankle. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an exothermic shaped product which can adjust the moisture content of the exothermic shaped product rapidly and low and can produce the exothermic shaped product with good heat generating characteristics by using a simple manufacturing facility. SOLUTION: A paper-making process which makes paper from a raw material composition comprising an oxygenated metal powder, a water retaining agent, a fibrous substance, an electrolyte, and water, and forms an intermediate shaped product, and a drying process which holds this intermediate shaped product formed at this paper-making process on its surface and back surface and heats and dries it while it is pressed. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded product by a papermaking method in high yield by improving fixity of a solid component, especially powder to a fibrous material in a wet papermaking process. SOLUTION: The molded product by the papermaking method contains the fibrous material and the powder, and formed by the wet papermaking. The fibrous material has a frequency distribution of the fiber lengths regulated so that the content of the fibers having ≥0.4 mm and ≤2.9 mm fiber lengths may be 30-90%, and the content of the fibers having ≤0.4 mm fiber lengths may be 9-50%. The heating element 2 is formed of a sheet formed by a paper making process including oxidizable metal, a water retaining agent and a fibrous material. It is preferable that the content of components other than the fibrous material included in the sheet formed by the paper making process is 50 wt% or more and that the CSF of the fibrous material is 600 ml or less.
