Abstract: PURPOSE:To attain low temp. and linear pressure fixing by preheating toner and then, pressurizing/fixing it, on a fixing process, and to use an inexpensive material by eliminating a member for specifying heat resistance on/around a fixing device, to obtain high quality image by reducing the defacing of a thin line and the bleeding of an image, and to prolong the life of a fixing roller. CONSTITUTION:This image forming method is constituted with an electrifying process for electrifying a photosensitive body, an exposing process for exposing the photosensitive body, a developing process for sticking the toner to an electrostatic latent image formed on the photosensitive body and forming a toner image, a transfer process for transferring the formed toner image to a recording medium, and the fixing process for fixing the transferred toner image on the recording medium. On the fixing process, the transferred toner on the recording medium is preheated by an endless type heating film, and then, pressurized/fixed.

At this time, for the powdery ink 11, the principal ingredient of the outer shell which covers the surface of a melting type core material is formed of a resin. In the resin, 30 or higher of combinations in which total isocyanate group and/or isothiocyanate group are concerned are made to be thermal dissociable combinations.
