    Abstract: PURPOSE:To produce a vacuum heat insulating material pack industrially at low cost and obtain stable performance by charging a core member in a vessel, heat-sealing a peripheral part by means of a cover member while reducing pressure inside thereof, and forming non-deposited layers on the opposing side lines of the vessel. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum heat insulating material pack 1 is composed or a core member 2 made of an open cell hard urethane foam or the like, a vessel 6 which is prepared by vacuum-molding a plastic laminated film 5 having deposited layers 3 and non-deposited layers 4, and a cover member 8 made of a plastic-metal film laminated film 7. Since the deposited layer 3 of excellent barrier performance is provided on the vessel 6 and an accupying ratio of the non-deposited layer 4 in respect to the total surface area is small, adibator performance is hardly deteriorated, which otherwise may caused by deterioration of circularity due to temporal change. The non-deposited layer 4 is formed on a peripheral part of the vessel 6, so that it is possible to prevent heat leakage which may caused by the deposited layer 3, and to obtain stable performance. Since the vessel form is easily prepared, the pack can be produced ' industrially at low cost.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To develop very prominent adiabatic performance and improve productivity by a method wherein foamed resin body, obtained through mixed foaming employing organic polyisocyanate, benzyl ether type liquid phenol resin composition, catalyst, foam stabilizer, foam communicating agent and the foaming agent of perfluoroalkane and provided with continuous foam structure is employed. CONSTITUTION:A core material or hard urethane foam 4 is provided with continuous foam structure obtained by mixing the materials of organic polyisocyanate, benzyl ether type liquid phenol resin composition, catalyst, foam stabilizer and the foaming agent of perfluoroalkane and foaming them. In this case, a fluorine series surface active agent is preferably utilized as the foam stabilizer. Further, the individual body or the mixture of perfluorohexane or perfluoropenthane is preferably used for the foaming agent or the perfluoroalkane. The hard urethane foam 4, obtained in such a manner, is covered by a bag type vessel 5, consisting of a metal-plastic laminate film made by laminating constitution while the inside of the vessel 5 is evacuated and sealed whereby an adiabatic body 6 can be obtained.

SOLUTION: The vacuum heat insulator has a easing material as a structural part thereof previously provided with a ridge line using a peak of a core material as a structural part as one end point. Therefore, a thermal fusion layer can be easily bent without loosing reliability, no gap due to the thermal fusion layer occurs at the end of the box if the vacuum heat insulator is applicable to the heat insulating box, and the leakage of heat is prevented to improve heat insulating performance.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the recycle property of a vacuum heat insulator, and reduce the weight thereof by filling the powder carrying at least the oxidation inhibitor in a part of the powder formed by crashing the organic resin composition as a core material of a vacuum heat insulator in an inner bag material having a ventilating property. SOLUTION: The powder 4 of the crashed organic resin composition powder and the oxidation inhibitor 5 are mixed and agitated so as to manufacturing the powder 4 carrying the oxidation inhibitor 5. The predetermined a quantity of this powder 4 is filled in an inner bag material 3 having a ventilating property so as to manufacture a core material 2 for vacuum heat insulator 1. After performing the heating to the core material 2, the core material 2 is inserted with the gas adsorbent 6 into an outer material 7 made of the gas barrier type laminated film. Thereafter, evacuation is performed in a vacuum chamber provided with a thermal fusion device, and an end of the outer material 7 is sealed by thermal fusion so as to form a vacuum heat insulator 1. As an organic resin composition, the hard urethane foam as a foaming body of the urethane resin composition is especially desirable.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric water heater for heating and retaining the heat of accommodating liquid in which electric energy upon heat retention is greatly lowered with high economization and an assembly workability is excellent with good maneuverability. SOLUTION: An electric water heater comprises a closed-end cylindrical container 23 for accommodating liquid 22, a heating means 26 for heating and retaining the heat of liquid 22 in the container 22, a cover body 28 with which the upper opening part of the container 23 is covered, a vacuum heat insulating material 31 cylindrically located in the outer peripheral part of the container 23 and a body 21 located in the outer peripheral part of the vacuum heat insulating material 31. The vacuum heat insulating materials 31 is formed by covering a core material 32 with an outer bag 33 to obtain a vacuum state in the outer bag 33. Thus, electric energy can be greatly reduced with high economization and good assembly workability and maneuverability.
