PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load to an insertion part while miniaturizing the insertion part. SOLUTION: This treatment appliance system 1 for the endoscope comprises a treatment appliance 2 and a winding reel 3 winding the treatment appliance 2. The winding reel 3 is so formed that a reel body 20 is rotatably supported to a support part 22 and curving parts 25 and 26 are disposed apart from each other. The treatment appliance 2 is alternately disposed with a first sheath part 11 approximately equivalent to the distance between the curving parts 25 and 26, and a second sheath part 12 approximately equivalent to the length of the curving parts 25 and 26. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment tool for an endoscope with which sampling of tissues or cells can be quickly executed. SOLUTION: The treatment tool 1 which is inserted and used in the endoscope 43 is constituted to have a treatment section unit 2 at a pointed head which is freely attached to and removed from an insertion section unit 3. The treatment section unit 2 is inserted in a collection bottle 32 of a storing apparatus 29b after the sampling of the tissues. The storing apparatus 29b includes a removing section 31b of the treatment section unit 2. The removing section 31b has a slit 33 wherein the insertion section unit 3 can be inserted but an engagement member 26 can not be inserted, and when the insertion section unit 3 is inserted in the slit 33 and pulled upward, an attachment section of the treatment section unit 2 can be exposed and removed. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact endoscopic treatment system allowing to operate a treatment section with a hand operating an endoscope and having a simple constitution without any hindrance in the surrounding of the feet. SOLUTION: This endoscopic treatment system is provided with a treatment tool body 6 having the treatment section performing a treatment by receiving an extracting/retracting driving force, an operating wire (a transmission means) 3 connected to the treatment section 2 and transmitting the extracting/retracting driving force to the treatment section 2, and a sheath section 5 fitted with the operating wire 3 extractable/retractable relative to its inside; an endoscope body allowing the insertion of the treatment tool body 6 and having a channel communicating an insertion section with an operating section; an extracting/retracting mechanism axially extracting/retracting the operating wire 3 relative to the sheath section 5; a motor (a power source and a rotating power source) provided in the operating section of the endoscope body and driving the extracting/retracting mechanism; and an instruction means provided in the operating section and instructing the motor to drive. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collected tissue removing implement which facilitates the extraction of a tissue when the tissue is to be extracted from a forceps cup after collecting the tissue using the forceps cup. SOLUTION: The collected tissue removing implement 60 is used combined with a biopsy forceps having an elongate sheath 12 inserted into a body and a pair of openable and closable cup bodies 36a, 36b disposed at the distal end of the sheath 12 and having holes 54a, 54b in communication with an internal portion. The collected tissue removing implement 60 has a pair of bosses 72a, 72b going into the cup bodies 36a, 36b from the holes 54a, 54b of the cup bodies 36a, 36b when driving and opening the cup bodies 36a, 36b in the condition of being positioned relative to the cup bodies 36a, 36b of the biopsy forceps 10 at the distal end. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope device improving operability for various types of treatment of the endoscope by constituting an insertion part of the endoscope freely changable in its shape or fixedly retaining its curved state. SOLUTION: This endoscope 1 is provided with an insertion part 3 having flexibility and a curve part 13 positively curving the side of the tip 3a of the insertion part 3. The insertion part 3 incorporates a shape retaining means 3B (an inner sheath 6, first and second spiral tubes 8 and 8a and an outer sheath 7) selectively changeable between a deformable state where the shape of the insertion part 3 is freely deformed and a deformation retaining state where the shape of the insertion part 3 is retained in its deformed state. SOLUTION: This endoscope insertion aid is provided with an inside overtube 1B for inserting the endoscope in the inside and capable of assuming a flexible and passively shape-variable first state and a second state of being fixed its shape by a frictional force; and an outside over tube 1A for inserting the inside overtube 1B in the inside and capable of assuming the first state and the second state. This aid is inserted in the body cavity by repeating the following actions that the outside over tube 1A is fixed, the inside over tube 1B is advanced in the body cavity with the help of the curved part of the endoscope, then the over tube 1B is fixed, and the over tube 1 is followedly advanced therein. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip device for biological tissues which is operated certainly when used in combination with a side-viewing endoscope, or the like. SOLUTION: This clip device for biological tissues is equipped with a connecting wire part which is connected detachably with a clip unit 6 placed around the distal end of a sheath 4 on the distal end of an operational wire 9 penetrated in the flexible sheath 4 to move back and forth. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip device of a biological tissue, a clip device having excellent operability in which a ratchet comes to function only in protruding operation of a clip clamping ring, thereby facilitating clip protruding operation in a short time with accuracy.SOLUTION: The clip device of a biological tissue is equipped with an operation part for operating a clip position for an introducing tube. The operation part includes: a first slider installed in the introducing tube; a second slider that is capable of to-and-fro movement relative to the first slider and that operates the clip position; a locking member installed in one of the first slider and the second slider; and a plurality of locking receiving parts that are installed in the other of the first slider and the second slider, that are alternately arranged along the to-and-fro direction, and that determine the region where the locking member does not engage and the position relative to the introducing tube of the clip which is used where the locking member is functional and because the locking member functions.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment for endoscope, treating tool for endoscope and endoscope system which can be made to selectively function only when using the treating tool for endoscope necessitating rotation regulation of a treating part, and, if not, become the endoscope which is not different from a common endoscope. SOLUTION: The endoscope system 1 has the endoscope 2, the attachment 4 for endoscope which has a non-circular deformed hole 13 communicating to the opening part 5a of the channel 5 of the endoscope 2 and is mounted at the tip 3a of the insertion part 3 of the endoscope 2, and the treating tool 6 for endoscope equipped with a flexible tube 14 and the treating part 16. A projecting/receding part 14d having a non-circular cross section corresponding to the opening shape of the deformed hole 13 is formed at the tip part 14b of the flexible tube 14 and is rotationally regulated by the deformed hole 13.
