A pumping means for pressure-feeding the liquid phase refrigerant that flowed out from the gas-liquid separator to the side of the evaporator is provided between the gas-liquid separator and the evaporator.

The air conditioner includes a power limit value computing means for computing the limit value of supply power of the air conditioner side from a prime mover for vehicle propulsion, and blow rate of a blower computing means for computing the air blow rate of the blower in the case of limiting the power of the air conditioner side and in the case of no limit, respectively, according to the power limit value computed by the power limit value computing means. At least the information on the air blow rate computed by the blow rate computing means is used for controlling the compressor.

Based on the information including the detected or predicted cabin humidity, the cabin temperature control means varies the cabin temperature controlling temperature.
