    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector for employing an illuminator with a semiconductor light emitting element such as an LED as a light source and displaying an image whose hue is not changed even when the variation of a temperature coefficient is found in the respective color LEDs.
    SOLUTION: In the illuminator 10 of the projector 1, the intensity of respective color illuminating light beams 2 from the respective color LEDs 11r to 11b is sequentially detected by a common photoelectric conversion element 13, sampled by a common sample-hold circuit 31, and fed back to respective color driving circuits 12r to 12b by respective color comparator circuits 34r to 34b. Since a sampling system is made common to the respective color illuminating light beams 2, the individual difference of the sampling system is eliminated. Thus, the projector 1 capable of displaying the picture whose hue is not changed even when the variation of the temperature coefficient is found in the respective color LEDs 11r to 11b.

SOLUTION: An image display device includes a first color-ray light-source 10 for supplying a G-ray, a second color-ray light-source 20 for supplying an R-ray or B-ray, and a tilt-mirror device 30 having a plurality of movable mirror elements 31 being alternatively switchable between a first reflection position and a second reflection position.     Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent high frequency from a means for reducing a laser noise, etc., from leaking to the outside of an optical head by covering the whole or a part of a laser diode, the reducing means for laser noise and a focus position control mechanism with a conductive shielding plate. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 2 generating magnetic field, a supporting spring 3 and a reducing means 5 for laser noise are provided on the periphery of a lens holder 1 and a laser beam emitted from a laser unit 12 inside the holder 1 is focused on a recording medium by means of a lens 10 through a diffracting means. The reducing means 5 for laser noise is composed of a high frequency generator and a buffer amplifier, the output is connected to the hot side of a laser chip, the coherency of a laser beam is reduced by the action of the reducing means 5 and a laser noise due to the returned light is reduced. A high frequency current flows inside the reducing means 5 and through a connection wire and, since the high frequency radiated in the air causes a noise, the leakage of high frequency is prevented by a shielding case 7. The case 7 is connected to the grounding wire of the laser unit 12 and the high frequency is absorbed to the ground.
