SOLUTION: In a printer head 100, a polysilicon film is formed on a top face of a substrate 9 made of a silicon with a silicon oxide film as a heat insulation layer 10 therebetween. The polysilicon film consists of a high resistance section 2 as a heater and a plurality of low resistance sections 3b, 3a which are respectively connected to a common electrode 5 and an individual electrode 4 which are formed of wiring patterns. An SiO2 layer is formed on the top face of the polysilicon film to be a protection film 12. A plurality of opening sections 28a, 28b for electrically connecting each of the low resistance sections 3a, 3b to each of the electrodes 4, 5 are formed. The high resistance section 2 selected by each of the electrodes 4, 5 is heated in accordance with image information to be printed, then ink is ejected and the recording is performed.

At this time, there are 256 combinations in the 8 bit information and the minus Bloch line pair is nor successively formed, namely, there are 34 combinations in which '1' does not continue, so that the 32 combinations are selected. In such a way, a converted bit pattern is stored in a second storing means 5 and read to store in the minor loops 631-63m of the Bloch line memory 6. Thereby, an information part low in the transfer speed is not present to prevent the transfer error and enlarge the transfer margin.
