    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display is disclosed. In one aspect, the display includes a scan line transmitting a scan signal, a data line crossing the scan line and transmitting a data voltage, and a driving voltage line crossing the scan line and configured to transmit a driving voltage. The display also includes a switching transistor electrically connected to the scan line and the data line. The display further includes a driving transistor and a compensation transistor. A driving gate electrode and a driving drain electrode are respectively connected to a compensation source electrode and a compensation drain electrode. The display also includes a light blocking layer at least partially covering the compensation transistor and an OLED electrically connected to the driving transistor.

    Abstract: A display device includes pixels which are connected to first scan lines, second scan lines, third scan lines, emission control lines, and data lines; a scan driver which supplies a bias scan signal to each of the third scan lines at a first frequency and supplies a scan signal to each of the first scan line and the second scan line at a second frequency which corresponds to an image refresh rate of each of the pixels; an emission driver which supplies an emission control signal to each of the emission control lines at the first frequency; a data driver which supplies a data signal to each of the data lines at the second frequency; and a timing controller which controls driving of the scan driver, the emission driver, and the data driver.

    Abstract: A liquid crystal display apparatus including a gate driving circuit disposed on a liquid crystal display is provided. The apparatus further includes a data driving chip, disposed on the liquid crystal display panel, to apply data driving signals to data lines. The gate driving circuit includes a plurality of stages connected to one another in parallel. The odd-numbered stages of the stages each apply gate driving signals to odd-numbered gate lines of the gate lines, in response to a first clock signal and the even-numbered stages of the stages each apply the gate driving signals to even-numbered gate lines of the gate lines, in response to a second clock signal having an opposite phase from a phase of the first clock signal.

    Abstract: A pixel circuit includes first to fifth transistors, a capacitor, and a light emitting element. The first transistor is coupled between first and second power lines, and includes a gate electrode coupled to a first node and a back-gate electrode coupled to a second node. The second transistor is coupled between a data line and the first node, and includes a gate electrode coupled to a first scan line. The third transistor is coupled between a third power line and the first node, and includes a gate electrode coupled to a reference scan line.
