SOLUTION: This ink for forming an impress layer comprises a cationic resin solution and porous fine particles added to a vehicle containing an acrylic photo-curable component as a main component, and this sheet has an impress layer 3 on a predetermined part of at least either surface of the base material 2 by using the ink and allowing impressing and stamp imprinting. This ink for forming an impress layer comprises 5-30 parts by mass of a cationic resin in the cationic resin solution and 20-50 parts by mass of porous fine particles based on 100 parts by mass of the vehicle.
