Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems with a conventional method in which surface material such as powder are fixed to elastic material chips and the material thus obtained is used as aggregate for pavement material that since the aggregate must be manufactured in a plant beforehand, a cost is inevitably increased by the restriction of production equipment and storage place, and since the resin around the aggregate is already hardened completely at the time of rolling, the resin and a resin/surface material mixture layer are not moved nor deformed, the filling efficiency at the time of molding is low, and a highly dense formed body is hard to be manufactured, and in a conventional cement block using rubber chip aggregate, when pressed at the time of molding or coating, rubber is merely deformed and, when a force is removed, the rubber is returned to the original position, i.e., pressing is not effective, and the block is hard to be formed to a specified form and a thickness. SOLUTION: When coating material obtained by mixing solidifying material with the aggregate is coated on the coating surfaces of a civil work or a building, using the aggregate obtained by fixing the surface material to the surface of the elastic material chips with adhesive agent, the solidifying material is mixed with the aggregate before the adhesive agent is completely hardened. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent such problems with a permeable asphalt pavement that, even if surfactant is filled therein to increase permeability, the surfactant is dissolved when water is present during coating operation of resin mortar and resin may be washed out by the cleaning and physical actions thereof, naturally foaming event occurs to whiten the overall pavement and, even after hardening, water is temporarily held by rain, raised to the surface by capillary, and the surfactant may be deposited when water evaporates, and when the resin adhered to aggregate is washed out, an adhesive force between the aggregates is lowered and the possibility of scattering is increased. SOLUTION: This pavement material for road is filling material comprising aggregate and resin and coated on the surface of the permeable asphalt pavement. A hydrophilic polymer is mixed into the filling material.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rigidly fix aggregate for an asphalt portion while ensuring water- permeability, by coating and infiltrating a resin on and through the surface of a road to protect a resin layer, and ensuring the water-permeable performance of the resin layer. SOLUTION: A pavement material 1 contains 60 to 90 wt.% aggregate with a particle size of 3.0 to 0.4 mm, and 10 to 40 wt.% aggregate with a particle size of less than 0.4 mm. Alternatively, the mixing ratio in the material 1 may be set so as to assume the apparent volume at which aggregate with a particle size of 3.0 mm or less roughly fills gaps in aggregate with a particle size of 10 mm or more. In this case, the pavement material 1 contains 30 to 50 wt.% aggregate with a particle size of 3.0 to 0.8 mm and a particle size of less than 0.8 to 0.4 mm, 5 to 15 wt.% aggregate with a particle size of less than 0.4 to 0.2 mm, and 2 to 15 wt.% aggregate with a particle size of less than 0.2 mm. Particularly, the material 1 containing 35 to 45 wt.% aggregate with a particle size of 1.2 to 0.8 mm and a particle size of less than 0.8 to 0.4 mm, 7 to 15 wt.% aggregate with a particle size of less than 0.4 to 0.2 mm, and 2 to 10 wt.% aggregate with a particle size of less than 0.2 mm, is preferable. Thus, minute aggregate having a specific particle size proportion can be mixed into a resin, to thereby ensure the water-permeability and prevent clogging.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To erase a toner layer without damaging a silicone layer and to prevent the dissolved matter of a toner, etc. from remaining on a plate surface by using 1, 4 dioxane and hydrocarbon solvent as an essential component. CONSTITUTION:This erasing liquid is prepd. by mixing the hydrocarbon solvent which is a poor solvent for the toner and has the swellability of the silicone on the plate surface with the 1, 4 dioxane. The erasing liquid has adequate toner solubility and the excellent erasing liquid characteristics are obtd. The toner image is thereby easily and surely erased without injuring the silicone layer and a known primer layer, etc., provided thereon as the underlying layer. Since the dissolved matter of the toner does not remain on the plate surface, the staining of the erased part and eventually the print staining are eliminated.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To ensure excellent durability in printing of a toner image even in direct printing and reduce deterioration with time, by a method wherein an organic compound comprising oxygen, sulfur, nitrogen or phosphorus in its molecule in such a state as not to react with a silicone or a cross-linking component in a solution and having a boiling point of not lower than 120 deg.C is mixed into the solution, the resultant coating liquid is applied to a substrate, is dried, and is cured, followed by a heat treatment. CONSTITUTION:A silicone solution contains polar groups or aromatic groups originating from a linear diorganopolysiloxane, a cross-linking agent or a catalyst. An organic compound having a boiling point of not higher than 120 deg.C is added to the solution to prepare a silicone coating liquid, which is applied to a substrate, then the solvent is removed, and cross-linking is effected to obtain a hardened coated film. The printing plate material thus obtained is then surface-treated, by heating under the condition where a member is laminated or placed in close contact with the silicone coated film surface. By the addition of the organic compound to the silicone coating liquid and the surface treatment of the cured silicone surface, the durability in printing of image parts of a machine plate is markedly enhanced, and the derioration of the printing plate material with time is suppressed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To make it possible to enhance image density by correcting an image part even if the toner image formed on a printing plate has insufficient density because of the reduced adhesion amount of toner to enhance inking property, by applying a solution of a polymer having the wettability with the non-image part of a plate material and not substantially dissolving toner and having plate surface adhesiveness and inking property to an image part and the vicinity thereof to correct both of them. CONSTITUTION:In the retouch correction of the toner image part of a waterless lithographic printing plate to which an image was formed by an electrophotographic process, the image part and the vicinity thereof are corrected by coating the same with a solution of a polymer having the wettability with the non-image part of the plate material and not substantially dissolving toner and having plate surface adhesiveness and inking property. As a solvent having wettability to the surface of silicone and suitable for the polymer solution, various substances such as aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, alcoholes, etc. are used along or in such a state that two or more kinds of them are appropriately mixed. As the representative polymer component constituting the correction solution, there is a hydroxyl group-containing linear soluble polymer containing a primary or secondary alcoholic hydroxyl group in the side chain thereof.
