Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a music reproducing device for reproducing musical sounds with text description which can be understood intuitively and moreover for reproducing languages described in a text, a voice reproducing device, a method for reproducing music and voice and its program. SOLUTION: The music reproducing device reproduces musical sounds based on text data which consists of texts in which imitation sounds of musical sounds constituting music are expressed. Moreover, when text data (HV-Script) in which a character string to be voice-synthesized and a text for music which consists of texts in which imitation musical sounds constituting music are expressed are described while being intermingled is inputted, the voice reproducing device converts the text for music into musical sound data by interpreting the text and reproduces the musical data and also reproduces voices by interpreting the character string to be voice-synthesized. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice and musical piece reproducing device that enables a user to easily combine voice reproduction, waveform data reproduction, and musical piece data reproduction. SOLUTION: An HV-Script player 1 interprets an event described in an HV-Script. When the kind of the event is waveform data, a waveform reproducing player 4 reads waveform data out of a RAM 5 for waveform and outputs them to a waveform reproducer 6. When the type of the event is a musical piece phrase, the HV-Script player 1 makes a phrase reproducing player 7 perform processing. The phase reproducing player 7 reads musical piece phrase data out of a RAM 8 for musical piece phrase data and outputs note information in the musical piece phrase data to a phrase sound source 9 according to time information in the musical piece phrase data. In other cases, an HV driver 2 converts a character string into a formant frame series by using a synthesis dictionary and outputs it to an HV sound source 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tone parameter generator, a tone parameter generation method, and a program for making editing of a tone parameter easy even for hobby use. SOLUTION: The tone parameter generator has: a block engaging part 100 having a plurality of recessed parts 10, 12, 14, etc., for engaging blocks 15, 25, 35, 45; first detection parts which are installed corresponding to the respective recessed parts of the block engaging parts for detecting whether or not the blocks are engaged with respective recessed parts; and a first tone parameter generation part which generates the tone parameter on the basis of a detection result of the first detection part. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the start of soundings among a plurality of sound source circuits possible to be accurately timed to one another and to greatly increase the number of sounds which can begin to be generated at the same time at accurate timing. SOLUTION: Key-on events which are generated are stored in a key-on register one after another. The timing of sampling cycles of waveform data is regarded as operation timing. In operation timing T1, sounding start information for a 1st sound source circuit is created from the contents of the key-on register and a key-on event is set in a key-on buffer. Further, a standby state is set. In operation timing T2, sounding start information for a 2nd sound source circuit is created from the contents of the key-on register and a key-on event is set in the key-on buffer; and the standby state of the 1st sound source circuit is reset. In subsequent operation timing T3, the 1st and 2nd sound source circuit begin to generate a plurality of musical sounds at the same time. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyboard device which can be used while widening the register and timbre or the like by an easy cascade connection. SOLUTION: A keyboard 11 has a plurality of keys and key switches for detecting the ON/OFF states of the respective keys and key drive strengths. An MIDI encoder 12a of a control part 12 forms MIDI data on the basis of the output of each of key switches of the keyboard 11, outputs the data from an OUT terminal to the outside and outputs the data to an MIDI merger 12b and a selector 14. The MIDI merger 12b merges the output of the MIDI encoder 12a and MIDI data from an IN terminal and outputs the result to a MERGE terminal and the selector 14. Thus, by connecting a plurality of keyboard devices through the MIDI merger 12a as shown in a figure, the extended keyboard instrument can be easily configured.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device capable of identifying a caller by an effect added to a ringing tone with melodies. SOLUTION: A user previously stores the correspondence between a telephone number and an effect in an address book in a RAM 3. Upon receiving an incoming call, a communication section 10 outputs the telephone number of a caller to the CPU 1. The CPU 1 collates the telephone number of the caller with a telephone number set in the address book in the RAM 3 to detect ON/OFF and type of the effect. Subsequently, the CPU 1 outputs data indicating the detected effect to a music reproducing section 12. In this way, the specified effect or effect OFF is set in an effecter in the section 12. Subsequently, the CPU 1 outputs an instruction to start an incoming tone to the section 12 (step S5). Thus, the call tone with melodies added with the effect corresponding to the telephone number of the caller.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal equipment capable of enhancing the added value of contents to be reproduced. SOLUTION: This portable terminal equipment has storage means (51, 52) for storing contents which constitute a book obtained by combining one or plural pages composed of sequence data for display that instructs a predetermined image or text to be displayed at a predetermined timing and a sequence data for pronouncing that instructs a predetermined voice or a musical sound to be sounded from a sound system at a predetermined timing, reads various pieces of data that compose the contents from the storage means and reproduces the contents.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal equipment with an electronic dictionary function that can deepen user's understanding of the meaning of a word that the user looks up in the dictionary and can attract his interest. SOLUTION: In a portable telephone 1 as the portable terminal equipment provided with the electronic dictionary function that has a control means 50 that controls so that, to a dictionary database comprising plural pieces of dictionary item information that has pairs of headword information and semantic information corresponding to the headword, the user gets access on the basis of the operation of an input means 57, the corresponding semantic information is retrieved using the headword information as a retrieval key, and the retrieval result is notified by a display using a display means and by pronunciation using a pronouncing means, the semantic information comprises word data representing the meaning of the headword information, first pronunciation data that express how to pronounce the headword, and second pronunciation data that express a sound related to the headword.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To interpolate plural spectro-shapes. SOLUTION: An analysis data extracting part 11 receiving a sound generation information signal and an interpolation information signal judges the sound generation state of the sound generation information signal, and extracts a formant shape stored for every sound generation state from an analysis data storage part 12 and stores it in an interpolation buffer for every instrument. Following this, an interpolation processing part 13 repeats interpolation processing of three or more instruments by a spectrum interpolation method using anchor points until the interpolated spectro-shapes become all in one.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm an opposite party and to comprehend the contents of a message, without having to visually confirm a display section. SOLUTION: A PCMDEC/ENC(PCM decoder/encoder) 18 applies compression coding to a voice or a song, and the song is converted into music data and stored in a RAM 11. When a telephone number of a destination is set and a transmission button is operated, the compression coded data and the music data are transferred as message data. When a mobile telephone receiving the message data is set to a real time reproduction mode, the mobile telephone automatically receives the message data and demodulates the data and the demodulated data are stored in the RAM 11. Then the data are read from the RAM 11 and the PCMDEC/ENC 18 or a sequencer 21 and a sound source 22 reproduce the data and in real time as an incoming call tone. A user by hearing this incoming call tone can confirm opposite party and comprehend the contents of a mail.
