CONSTITUTION: A filter assembly includes a filtering unit(142), a cutter unit(200), and a spring. The filtering unit is arranged in the hollow part of a filter housing(140). The cutter unit is installed between the filter housing and the filtering unit to be movably. A spring(260) is supported by a spring supporting unit(144) which is installed at the lower side of the filter housing. A water inlet(122) is arranged on the upper side of the cutter unit, and raw water is introduced through the water inlet.
