Die Erfindung betrifft einen lebensmittelverträglichen Hochtemperaturschmierstoff, insbesondere ein Hochtemperaturöl und ein Hochtemperaturfett umfassend folgende Komponenten: a) mindestens ein Öl ausgewählt aus einem Trimellitsäureester oder einem Gemisch aus verschiedenen Trimellitsäureestern, Alkylaromaten, vorzugsweise ein aliphathisch substituiertes Naphthalin oder Estoliden; b) einem hydrierten oder vollhydrierten Polyisobutylens oder einer Mischung aus hydrierten oder vollhydrierten Polyisobutylen und; c) Additive einzeln oder in Kombination. Im Fall des Hochtemperaturfetts wird ein Verdickungsmittel zugegeben.

A thermally conductive silicone grease composition comprising at least the following components: an organopolysiloxane (A) represented by the following general formula : [wherein R1 designates identical or different univalent hydrocarbon groups; X designates identical or different univalent hydrocarbon groups or alkoxysilyl-containing groups of the following general formula: -R2-SiR1a (OR3)(3-a) (wherein R1 designates the previously mentioned groups; R2 designates oxygen atoms or alkylene groups; R3 designates alkyl groups; and 'a' is an integer ranging from 0 to 2); and 'm' and 'n' are integers equal to or greater than 0, respectively]; a thermally conductive filler (B); and an organopolysiloxane (C) having silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms on both molecular terminals and in the molecular chains; is characterized by excellent resistance to heat and reduced oil bleeding.

An invention of a heat-dissipating grease composition characterized by comprising of the following components (A)-(C) is disclosed. Component (A): 100 mass parts of organopolysiloxane wherein a thixotropicity degree α is 1.03-1.50, a viscosity is 100-1,000,000 mPa · s at 25°C; in this regard, the thixotropicity degree α is η 1/ η 2 . Herein, η 1 is a measured viscosity at 25°C measured by a B type rotation viscometer at 6 rpm of a rotor, η 2 is a measured viscosity at 25°C measured by a B type rotation viscometer at 12 rpm of the rotor. Component (B): 5-200 mass parts of hydrolysable organopolysiloxane having three functional groups at one end represented by the following general formula (1);
R 1 in the formula is an alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms, R 2 is at least one kind of groups having 1-18 carbon atoms selected from a group consisting of substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon groups, a is an integer of 5-120. A grease-like silicone composition comprising at least (A) a liquid organopolysiloxane comprising 80 to 96.5 mol% of siloxane units represented by the formula R2SiO2/2, 1.0 to 10.0 mol% of siloxane units represented by the formula RSiO3/2, and 0.25 to 10.0 mol% of siloxane units represented by the formula R3SiO1/2 (in the formulas, R stands for identical or different monovalent hydrocarbon groups) and (B) a thickening agent is disclosed. A grease-like silicone composition can be provided that is capable of containing a large amount of thickening agents and possesses superior heat resistance.
