The present invention relates to a permeation system for fabric and a method for manufacturing fabric using the same, and the permeation system for permeating a wetting agent into fabric comprises: a fabric supply part; a permeation part provided with a permeation device and a height adjustment device; a drying part; and a collecting part for winding the fabric, which has passed through the drying part, around a collecting roll, thereby obtaining functional fabric of uniform quality and increasing productivity of the fabric into which the wetting agent is permeated.

A machine for continuous washing of fabric in rope form, comprising two or more wash tanks (11, 12), including an initial wash tank (11) in which the fabric (T) is designed to enter at a first speed (V1) and a final wash tank (12) from which the fabric is designed to exit at the same said first speed (V1), fabric being accumulable in said wash tanks. The machine also comprises means for alternate movement (19) of the fabric between at least two consecutive wash tanks (11, 12) with a second movement speed (V2), greater with respect to said first speed (V1), in such a manner as to alternately accumulate fabric in said two consecutive wash tanks (11, 12)..
Abstract:
In known pressure impregnating devices, a chamber that becomes continuously narrower in the transport direction is located between a roller surrounded by the web to be impregnated and the inner wall of a trough which contains the impregnating medium. The impregnating medium is supplied to the chamber under high pressure, and that pressure is further increased in the chamber by dynamic effects. The high pressure causes sealing problems at the inlet and outlet slits, as well as at the front sides of the device. Fluffs detached from the paper web and impregnating medium that penetrates between the sliding surfaces may disturb the operation of the device. The invention aims at solving these inconvenients. The new device has seals with alternatively narrow and wide grooves (12, 23, 24), in the manner of labyrinth seals. The grooves (12, 23, 24) are provided with outlets (14, 25, 26) for the impregnating medium that flows through the grooves.

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur kontinuierlichen Naßbehandlung eines Textilgutes in einem eine Behandlungsflüssigkeit enthaltenden Behälter, durch den das Textilgut transportiert wird, bei dem das Textilgut (16) von der Behandlungsflüssigkeit (28) im wesentlichen senkrecht zu seiner Oberfläche durchsetzt wird und Vorrichtungen zur Durchführung dieses Verfahrens. In einer besonders zweckmäßigen Vorrichtung wird das Textilgut (16) von oben in die Behandlungsflüssigkeit (28) eingeführt, sodann um mindestens einen, im unteren Bereich des Innenbehälters (30, 85, 87, 119) angeordneten, begrenzten flüssigkeitsdurchlässigen Teil (52, 80, 81, 120) einer Wandung entlang geführt, dabei umgelenkt und in Richtung zum oberen Rand des Innenbehälters (30, 85, 87, 119) transportiert. Hierbei sind an einer Wand des Innenbehälters (30, 85, 87, 119) mehrere in Transportrichtung des Textilgutes hintereinander angeordnete achsparallele Rollen (58) angeordnet und zwischen benachbarten Rollen (5) sind jeweils schlitzartige Öffnungen von etwa 1 - 3 mm Breite vorhanden.
