    Abstract: 【課題】フロアボード、及びフロアボードの一方の長側部に設けられたアンダーカット溝及びフロアボードの反対側の長側部に設けられた突出タングを持つフロアボード用の開放可能な係止システムを提供する。
    【解決手段】アンダーカット溝は、その先端から所定距離のところに上方に差し向けられた対応する内係止面を有する。 タング及びアンダーカット溝は、二つの隣接したフロアボードの表面平面（ＨＰ）及び共通の接合平面（ＶＰ）の交差部近くに中心（Ｃ）を持つ枢動によって互いに合わせられるように、及び引き離されるように形成されている。 このような係止システムの溝内のアンダーカットは、最初に溝のアンダーカット部分の内部分を形成し、次いで溝の開口部近くに位置決めされた係止面を形成するため、回転シャフトが互いに対して傾斜した少なくとも二つの円板状切削工具によって製造される。 このようなボードの設置方法は、新たなボードを前に設置したボードと隣接して敷設する工程、新たなボードのタングを前に設置したボードのアンダーカット溝の口部の中に移動する工程、アンダーカット溝内へのタングの連続した挿入中に新たなボードを上方へ傾ける工程、及び新たなボードを最終位置に下方へ傾ける工程を含む。 アンダーカット溝を製造するための製造方法は、回転シャフトが異なる角度に設定された少なくとも二つの異なる回転式切削工具による機械加工を使用する。 フロアボードを敷設するための楔状工具は楔状をなしており、上方に差し向けられた係合面をその厚い方の端部に備えている。

SOLUTION: This article has a flat upper side surface part, a flat lower side surface part, a male type edge, and a female type edge. The male type edge and the female type edge are positioned on the opposite side of pieces of the article, and the two pieces can be joined along the male type edge and the female type edge. The respective male type edges and the respective female type edges have respectively a flat positioning surface, and these surfaces exist at the same distance from the flat upper side surface part. The male type edge has a rib including a surface forming an angle with the flat positioning surface, and has an upward-outward surface, and has a female type member being the flat positioning surface in one surface. The female type edge has a male type member being the flat positioning surface in one surface. The male type member is complemented with the female type member.
