Abstract:
An image forming apparatus includes: an image forming apparatus main body; a supported body rotatably supported with the image forming apparatus main body; and a buffer device that shock-absorbs a shock due to a rotational operation of the supported body, the buffer device having: a guide member provided in the supported body; and a buffer device main body having a guided member provided in the image forming apparatus main body and guided with the guide member and a pressing member that presses the guided member, and in assembly before attachment of the buffer device main body to the image forming apparatus main body, in a state where the supported body is opened from the image forming apparatus main body, when the guided member is attached to the guide member, a movement prevention part provided in the guided member or the guide member preventing movement of the guided member in a direction away from the guide member.
Abstract:
An operation unit is provided with a touch panel display which includes a touch panel, a display panel, and a control portion which causes the display panel to display an operation screen so as to allow the touch panel to provide an operation instruction. The control portion is provided with an area display control portion which displays a function setting area and a task trigger area at positions opposing each other by taking a preview area as a reference on the operation screen, and a display position switching control portion which switches a positional relation in which the function setting area 2000 and the task trigger area 5000 are displayed.
Abstract:
An image reading apparatus having a movable image reading unit, a locking mechanism locking the image reading device, and a position sensor. The image reading unit has an engaged portion. The lock mechanism has an engaging portion that engages the engaged portion. A first detected portion changes its position in accordance with the movement of the engaging portion. The position sensor detects the image reading unit when the image reading unit is in a first position, and detects the first detected portion when the engaging portion engages with the engaged portion.
Abstract:
A linear guiding apparatus at least has a shaft and a shaft holding apparatus. The shaft holding apparatus is adapted to slide along the shaft. The shaft holding apparatus includes a body, an elastic member and an adjusting member. The body has a V-shape supporting surface, wherein the V-shape supporting surface is along the axis direction of the shaft and supports on outer edge of the shaft. The elastic member is mounted on the body, wherein the elastic member is elastically contacted the outer edge of the shaft, and the shaft is clipped between the elastic member and the V-shape supporting surface. The adjusting member is mounted on the body and contacted the elastic member, wherein the adjusting member is utilized to adjust the position of the elastic member. Therefore, a shaft of any diameter can be clipped between the elastic member and the V-shape supporting surface.
Abstract:
A shock lockup apparatus is mounted on the chassis of an image scanning device includes a stopping block and a lockup module, with part of the transmission belt driving the chassis of the image scanning device being placed in between. In such a manner, when the image scanning device is being moved and the chassis receives shock or momentum, then the locking unit of the lockup module will move toward the stopping block to clip the transmission belt and fix the chassis synchronously.
Abstract:
An optical scanning apparatus including a chassis having a panel, the panel having an opening defined therethrough. The apparatus has a scanner carriage which is moveably supported within the chassis. A carriage locking device includes an elongated locking member which is moveably disposed within the opening in the panel and, when the locking member is moved in a downward direction within the opening, the locking device secures the scanner carriage in a relatively fixed position with respect to the chassis.
Abstract:
A locking apparatus for a movable carry module, comprises a controller using to fix the movable carry module of an electric device. The controller has a movable locking shaft normality stretch in the movable carry module, and applies to fix the movable carry module. The electric device supplies the electric power to the controller when receiving the external electric power, and then the locking shaft departs from the movable carry module, such that the movable carry module can move freely.
Abstract:
An automatic lock device automatically disengages or forms a lock state of the optical module of a scanner. By plugging and unplugging a power plug on the case of the scanner, a clip departs from or embedded into the optical module. Thus, users can lock or unlock the optical module without other additional operation while transporting the scanner. It avoids possible damages to the optical module.
Abstract:
In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, a method comprises placing an image capture device into a packaging, inserting at least a portion of a locking insert into a housing of the image capture device through the packaging, and engaging the portion of the locking insert with a carriage disposed in the housing to substantially immobilize the carriage.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a locking apparatus for switching between a lock state and an unlock state of a sliding device in a system. The system has a plug and a socket. The sliding device has a shaft. The locking apparatus has a sliding member, a spring, a hook, and a connecting member. The hook has an end part and a bending portion for locking the shaft. When the plug is plugged into the socket, the locking apparatus unlocks the shaft. When the plug is pulled out from the socket, the locking apparatus locks the shaft.
