The oscillating body device carries out a control loop that controls an amplitude control value based on the difference between an aimed oscillation amplitude and the oscillation amplitude detected by the oscillation amplitude detecting unit 151. A variable gain unit 153 adjusting the gain of the control loop is provided, and the gain of the variable gain unit 153 is determined based on the amplitude control value when the oscillation amplitude of the oscillating body 101 approximately reaches the aimed oscillation amplitude.
