촬상 장치는 복수의 문자열 정보 그룹이 미리 저장되어 있는 기록 파일을 판독하는 판독 장치와, 그 복수의 문자열 정보 그룹 중 어느 하나의 그룹을 표시하는 표시 장치와, 복수의 문자열 정보 그룹 중에서 원하는 하나의 문자열 정보 그룹을 선택하는 선택 장치와, 원하는 하나의 문자열 정보 그룹이 선택되는 상태에서 촬영이 이루어질 경우, 원하는 하나의 문자열 정보 그룹에 대응하는 촬영이 완료되었음을 나타내는 촬영 완료 정보를 기록 파일 상에 기록하는 기록 장치를 포함하고, 복수의 문자열 정보 그룹 중 하나의 그룹이 선택되어 표시될 경우, 촬영 완료 정보에 기초하여, 표시 장치는 선택된 하나의 문자열 정보 그룹을, 그 선택된 하나의 문자열 정보 그룹에 대응하는 화상이 촬영되었음을 나타나는 촬영 완료 디스플레이와 함께 표시한다.

A network scan apparatus and a method thereof are provided to reduce time for checking whether scanning is performed compared with an existing network scan apparatus which is returned to a target host computer location to check a scan result after completing the scan. A network scan apparatus comprises a scanner(20), an output device(30), and a host computer(40). The scanner comprises a scan unit(21), a transmission unit(23) and an output selection unit(25). The scan unit scans a document to read an image file. The transmission unit transmits the image file. The output selection unit selects whether to output scan file information. The output device outputs the scan file information when selecting the output of the scan file information. The host computer is connected to the scanner and the output device through a network.
Abstract:
A data processing apparatus and a control method thereof are provided to allow implementation of efficient and highly reliable management that manages the reception state of data files using the unique IDs of the files. A control method of a data processing apparatus comprises the following several steps. A system controller sequentially stores image data captured by an image sensing unit in a memory at a predetermined frame rate and at the same time, stores an audio signal captured from a microphone in the memory via an audio controller and an A/D converter(S1601). The system controller executes image processing for, for example, converting the image data stored in the memory into an image size to be recorded in a moving image file(S1602). The system controller applies compression processing to the image data, and stores the compressed image data in the memory(S1603). Upon completion of storage of data for 1 sec, the system controller starts processing for recording moving image data stored in the memory in a recording medium in parallel with to the recording processing of the moving image data and audio data(S1604). The system controller repeats the processes(S1601 to S1604) until it detects a moving image stop request(S1605). The system controller writes remaining moving image data in the memory, and records index information that stores offsets to respective audio data/video data and sizes(S1606). The system controller generates header information including the total number of frames(S1607). The system controller describes the total data size in the directory entry, and records that information in the recording medium, thus completing recording of the moving image file(S1608). The system controller generates management information of the moving image file as a file MVI-0005THM having the same number as the above moving image file name(S1609).
