    Abstract: The invention relates to a measuring device with a local resolution converter (1) for converting incident radiation into light and a local resolution secondary electron multiplier (4) for converting the light into location-dependent electric measurement signals. A foil, film, glass plate or LCD layer is arranged between the converter (1) and the secondary electron multiplier (4), in which the foil, film, glass plate or LCD layer have regions with different degrees of blackening for light attenuation (2). The degree of light attenuation is selected locally in such a way that location-dependent differences caused by the equipment between the electric measurement signals are thus reduced.

    Abstract: 1336794 Photometer arrangement DEUTSCHE POST RUNDFUNK - UND FERNSEHTECHNISCHES ZENTRALAMT 10 Feb 1971 4366/71 Heading G1P A setting device for colour television comprises a light source 1 arranged within housing 2, an adjustable diaphragm 3 also within the housing through which light passes to a diffusely reflecting surface which deflects the light through 90 degrees, a filter 5 and an opalescent plate 6 through which light passes to a prism 7 which reflects the light so that it travels in the opposite direction to that in which it travelled originally, and a convex lens 9 which serves as eyepiece, half the field of vision thereof being occupied by the prism 7. The eyepiece 9 may be focused on exit surface 8, so that television tube 10 is deliberately out of focus to render the raster lines into a uniform field.
