PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a covering corrosion protection method for a steel structure in which, even if a corrosion protection object is irregularly deformed, a corrosion protection layer can be uniformly covered to the surface of the corrosion protection object without producing a gap between the corrosion protection layer and the surface of the corrosion protection object, a satisfactory covering corrosion protection state can be made, further, damage is not caused even if external force is applied and the good covering corrosion protection state can be maintained over a long period, further, a coating operation and large machines at the spot are not required, and operability at the spot is excellent, and a covering corrosion protection structure.SOLUTION: In the covering corrosion protection method for a steel structure in which the surface of the body 4 to be corrosion-protected is disposed with a corrosion protection layer 3, and a protective cover 1 is fitted to the surface of the corrosion protection layer 3, the corrosion protection layer 3 is made of a corrosion protection layer made of a two layer structure composed of an internal layer 31 and a surface layer 32 each consisting of pasty urethane resins in which the contents of water-absorbing polymers are different. The internal layer 31 is made of the corrosion protection layer including the water-absorbing polymer more than the surface layer 32, and the corrosion protection layer 3 with the two layer structure is integrated with the protective cover 1, and is fitted to the body 4 to be corrosion-protected.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process paper for producing a solar battery sealing film, with which occurrence of blocking on the solar battery sealing film on rolling up or the like is suppressed, and to provide a method for producing the solar battery sealing film by using the process paper.SOLUTION: A process paper 1 to be used for producing a solar battery sealing film has a paper substrate 2 having a predetermined property and a releasing agent layer 3 formed on the paper substrate 2. A method for producing the solar battery sealing film has: a step to obtain a laminate formed by laminating the process paper 1 and the solar battery sealing film by extrusion molding a resin composition to form the solar battery sealing film in a film shape on the releasing agent layer 3 of the process paper 1; and a step to release the process paper 1 from the laminate.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film inspection method which can achieve the improvement in accuracy of thickness inspection of a continuous film.SOLUTION: A film inspection method includes: a measurement step of measuring a thickness of a travelling continuous film F at a plurality of parts in a width direction of the continuous film F; and an inspection step of obtaining a thickness mean value in a longitudinal direction and thickness dispersion in the longitudinal direction from thickness measurement values obtained at the measurement step, so as to inspect the continuous film F on the basis of both the thickness mean value and dispersion.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for disassembly and maintenance of a die, which improves workability of the maintenance work of a die having an upper unit and a lower unit.SOLUTION: An apparatus 1 for disassembly and maintenance of the die is a die used for disassembling a die 100 which has an upper unit 110 and a lower unit 120 that can be separated from each other and is used for manufacturing a sheet, and for maintaining the die. The apparatus 1 comprises: a die fixing device 20 which fixes the upper unit 110; a die separating device 30; and die inverting means 40 which inverts the upper unit 110 fixed on the die fixing device 20.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spreading bag which facilitates work of spreading its contents, prevents its contents from being spread to an unintended area, and enables its contents to be uniformly spread over a large area.SOLUTION: A spreading bag 1 includes: a storage part 10 which holds its contents; holes 18 which are formed at a lower section of the storage part 10 and through which the contents held inside of the storage part 10 are spread to the outside; and a fitting tool 20 attached to the inside of the storage part 10 and above the holes 18 at a lower section thereof, and having a male fitting part 26 and a female fitting part 28 which are detachably fitted to each other. The fitting tool 20 divides the inside of the storage part 10 into a lower section, which has the holes 18, and an upper section, which does not have the holes 18.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable white film having heat shrinkability, being white with high concealability, having high surface smoothness, and simply obtainable.SOLUTION: A heat-shrinkable white film includes an amorphous polyethylene terephthalate, a cyclic olefin resin with 100°C or above glass transition temperature, and a polyesterelastomer with ≤130°C of a Vicat softening temperature, where the content rate of the amorphous polyethylene terephthalate is 55-70 mass%, and the content rate of the cyclic olefin resin is 20-30 mass% and the content rate of the polyester elastomer is 5-15 mass%, when the total of the amorphous polyethylene terephthalate, the cyclic olefin resin and the polyesterelastomer is made 100 mass%.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterway sheet construction method and a waterway repair structure that can extend a service life of a concrete waterway with easy construction. SOLUTION: An edge fixing plate 23 formed of a strip steel plate with a coating resin layer is fixed along the upper edge of each of both vertical wall parts of the concrete waterway 11 of substantially U-shaped cross section. Both vertical wall parts and a bottom part 13 are covered with a resin sheet 27 of specified length in a water flow direction (a), and the upper edge of the resin sheet 27 is welded to the edge fixing plate 23. A downstream end 27c of an upstream side resin sheet 27A is placed over an upstream end 27b of the resin sheet 27. Both vertical wall parts and bottom part 13 on the upstream side are covered with the upstream side resin sheet 27A, and the upper edge 27a of the upstream side resin sheet 27A is welded to the edge fixing plate 23A. An angle θ of the irrigation hole H, a center of an inside of the water feeding part 10, and the rotation control part 20 is 90° or more and less than 180°; wherein the center of the inside of the water feeding part 10 is a top of the angle.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable multilayered film that has a core material layer and a surface layer bonded with sufficient adhesive strength although an adhesive layer is used to bond the core material layer consisting principally of a polyeolefine-based resin and the surface layer consisting principally of a polystyrene-based resin, and is not apt to decrease in haze even when an end part and a nonstandardized product are mixed by small quantities with the core material layer.SOLUTION: A heat-shrinkable multilayered film 10 includes a core material layer 11 and surface layers 12 provided directly to both surfaces of the core material layer 11, wherein the corer material layer 11 contains a polypropylene resin, a polystyrene resin and a styrene-based elastomer, and the surface layers 12 contains a polystyrene-based resin and a styrene-based elastomer of 30-75 mass% in styrene-unit content.

The detector includes inspection means 100 for inspecting the presence of a current of the motor circuit D when no current flows along the control circuit C.
