Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy ray-curable composition which gives a cured article having a low refractive index and excellent surface hardness and frictional strength of the film. SOLUTION: The energy ray-curable composition (A) comprises a fluorine-containing di(meth)acrylate expressed by general formula (I), (B) a silica particle having a reactive (meth)acryloyl group and (C) a multifunctional (meth)acrylate other than component (A). General formula (I) is A 1 -O(CH 2 ) n -Rf-(CH 2 ) n O-A 2 (wherein, A 1 and A 2 may be the same or different and is selected from a (meth)acryloyl group, an α-fluoroacryloyl group, a trifluoromethacroyl group and a vinyl group; Rf is a perfluoroalkylene group; and n is an integer of 0-3). PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formwork plate for concrete with the so-called good peeling diversion nature, excellent in crack resistance and possible to be made to peel from a concrete cured material to be repeatedly used multi times, and to provide its production method. SOLUTION: The formwork plate for concrete is provided by forming respective coating films shown by (A), (B) and (C) on the surface of a substrate in the order of the substrate/a coating film (A)/a coating film (B)/a coating film (C), and its production method is provided. In the formwork plate for concrete, the coating film (A) is a filling coating film (A1) which is formed from a solvent type curing acrylic resin composition containing an acrylic resin with a curing hydroxyl group, an isocyanate type curing agent and an extender or a filling coating film (A2) which is formed from an aqueous emulsion composition containing the extender, (B) is an intermediate coating film which is formed from a moisture-curing type urethane resin composition containing a moisture-curing type urethane resin, a curing catalyst and a water absorbing agent, and (C) is a top coating film which is formed from a curing acrylic resin composition containing an acrylic resin, a curing agent and a color pigment. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifoulding coating film which is formed from the antifoulding coating composition and has a moderate coating film depletion rate from the initial stage of its submarine immersion and has excellent antifoulding properties over a long time period without anxiety of environment pollution, and a ship and submarine construct which is coated with the antifoulding coating film, and an antifoulding method for a ship outer board or a submarine construct surface using the antifoulding coating composition. SOLUTION: The antifouling coating composition comprises (a) a (meth)acrylic acid metal salt-based copolymer, which has a (meth) acrylic acid metal salt component unit and another component unit wherein, the metal is selected from Cu and Zn, and (b) a triphenylboron-amine complex of formula [I] or pyridine-triphenylboron and (f) an anhydrous gypsum as an inorganic dehydrating agent, wherein R 1 is a 3-30C alkyl group.
