본 발명은 원료육에 포함된 동물성지방을 줄이고 식물성유지로 대체함으로서 저지방 소시지를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 종래 소시지에 첨가되는 동물성지방 일부를 식물성유지로 대체하는 방법과, 최종제품의 유통에서 포화지방산(동물성지방)에 비하여 불포화지방산(식물성유지)의 제품이 더 빨리 산화될 수 있는 성질이 높은 것이므로, 이와 같은 지방산화를 억제할 수 있는 항산화제를 첨가하여 저지방 소시지를 제조함으로써 콜레스테롤 함량을 낮출 수 있으며, 식감이 우수한 양질의 품질을 유지할 수 있는 저지방 소시지의 제조에 관한 것이다.

본 발명은 강황 잎 추출물을 함유하는 항염 및 항산화 효과를 갖는 화장료 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 강황 잎 추출물을 함유하는 화장료 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서, 강황 잎을 500~800 hPa의 기압 40~60℃의 온도에서 5~10 시간 동안 감압 건조시키고, 건조된 강황 잎을 25℃의 온도 10~80MPa의 압력에서 5~45분간 초고압 처리하여 강황 잎 추출물을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강황 잎 추출물을 함유하는 화장료 조성물의 제조방법 및 상기 방법으로 제조한 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방법은 강황 잎을 감압건조시킴으로써 유통 중이나 열풍 건조로 인한 강황 잎의 변질을 최소화시키고, 건조된 강황 잎에 초고압공정을 가하여 미생물의 생육을 저하시키고 반면 활성물질은 손상시키지 않으면서 세포벽을 효과적으로 파괴하여 강황에 함유된 유용물질의 용출을 극대화시킬 수 있고, 강황 뿌리나 줄기가 아닌 잎과 같은 농업 부산물을 이용하여 기능성 화장료를 제조함으로써 화장료의 제조단가를 낮출 수 있으며 환경적으로도 유용하다. 또한, 본 발명의 제조방법으로 제조된 강황 잎 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 화장료 조성물은 화학물질이 아닌 천연물질을 사용하여 장기간의 사용에도 안전한 이점이 있으며, 독성 및 부작용도 없을뿐더러, 초고압 추출을 하여 강황 잎 내에 존재할 수 있는 미생물의 생육을 억제시켜 화장료로서 이용 시 천연물질이 가지고 있는 저장성의 한계 또한 극복할 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising Curcuma longa linne leaf extract and a manufacturing method thereof which comprises: vacuum drying Curcuma longa linne leaves under 500-800 hPa of pressure at 40-60°C for 5-10 hours; and pascalizing the dried Curcuma longa linne leaves under 10-80MPa of pressure at 25°C for 5-45 minutes. The method according to the present invention: minimizes spoilage of the Curcuma longa linne leaves caused during distribution or by hot air drying by vacuum drying the Curcuma longa linne leaves; maximizes elution of useful components contained in the Curcuma longa linne by degrading growth of microbes by ultra high pressure extracting the dried Curcuma longa linne leaves while not damaging active materials in order to effectively sabotage cell walls; and lowers manufacturing costs and is environmentally useful by manufacturing functional cosmetic materials using agricultural by-products such as Curcuma longa linne leaves, but not roots or stem. In addition, the cosmetic composition containing the Curcuma longa linne leaves extract manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention uses natural materials instead of chemicals so that long term use can be safe, toxicity and side effects are not existed, and overcomes storage limitation of the natural materials if ultra high pressure extracts the Curcuma longa linne leaves and suppresses the growth of the microbes existed in the the Curcuma longa linne leaves in order to use as cosmetic materials. The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing ginsenoside F1 as an active ingredient for treating skin inflammatory diseases. Ginsenoside F1 in the present invention reduces the secretion of sebum as well as inhibits Propionebacterium acne causing acne and Staphylococcus aureus, a pyogenic bacterium, in a dose-dependent manner, thereby being effective in alleviating acne. Since ginsenoside F1 is also effective in alleviating atopic dermatitis, the composition in the present invention which contains ginsenoside F1 as an active ingredient effectively alleviates the skin inflammatory diseases, thereby being useful as a functional cosmetic composition.

The present invention relates to a functional cosmetic composition containing ginsan as an effective component, more specifically to: a cosmetic composition for skin whitening, and treating atopic dermatitis or acne which contains ginsan as an effective component; and a makeup method having a skin whitening and atopic dermatitis or acne treating effect by applying the composition to the skin of the human. PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing caprylyl glycol, ethyl hexyl glycerine, and Citrus reticulata cv. Siranui peel extract is provided to ensure antiseptic effect without skin irritation. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains 0.1-1.0 wt% of caprylyl glycol, 0.1-1.0 wt% of ethyl hexyl glycerine, and 0.001-10 wt% of Citrus reticulata cv. Siranui peel extract. A method for preparing the extract comprises: a step of washing and slicing Citrus reticulata cv. Siranui peels and extracting at 100-3000MPa and 40-90 Deg. C. for 5-60 minutes to prepare the extract. The method further comprises: a step of adding ethanol to the extract and refluxing for 1-5 hours 2-6 times; and a step of filtering, concentrating, or drying the extract.

PURPOSE: A producing method of steamed rice cake containing pine mushroom powder is provided to offer the soft and chewy texture and the flavor of pine mushroom to the rice cake. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of steamed rice cake containing pine mushroom powder comprises the following steps: drying frozen pine mushrooms, and crushing into 30-50 meshes to obtain the pine mushroom powder; soaking non-glutinous rice in water for 7-9 hours, and removing the moisture; adding water and salt into the non-glutinous rice, and crushing into 10-30 meshes to obtain non-glutinous rice powder; mixing the non-glutinous rice powder with 1-3wt% of pine mushroom powder, and sieving the mixture with a 10-30 mesh sieve before adding sugar; secondly sieving the mixture with the 10-30 mesh sieve; and steaming the mixture for 25-35 minutes before cooling at room temperature.
