Abstract: PURPOSE: A pocket spring mattress manufacturing device and a method thereof are provided to have a grip unit that uses a magnetic force to adsorb and transfer a pocket spring unit body, thereby safely transferring without damage the coverings of the pocket spring unit body. CONSTITUTION: A pocket spring mattress manufacturing device includes a grip unit(20), a transfer unit(30), a loading unit and an adhesive coating part. The grip unit includes a mounting unit(10) which is installed on the upper side of the grip unit and settled with a pocket spring unit body and is capable of adsorb the pocket spring unit body. The transfer unit makes the grip unit to shuttle between a first position and a second position in the width direction of the pocket spring unit body. The loading unit is loaded with the pocket spring unit bodies which transfers that are transferred by the grip unit and that are discharged in regular order. The adhesive coating part coats an adhesive on the upper side of the pocket spring unit body loaded on the loading unit.

Abstract: 본 고안은 휴대폰 기판 사출 시 발생하는 밀핀 BURR의 자동 제거 기술로 더욱 상세하게는 휴대폰 기판의 사출 시 발생하는 기판 표면의 밀핀 BURR를 여러 개의 가공툴을 그 발생되는 밀핀 상단에 정확히 위치시키고 그 가공툴에 스크류 방식의 홈을 파고 몸체 안에서 가공툴이 제품에 닿으면서 수직운동을 회전운동으로 전환시키는 방식을 이용하여 하부로 기판에 밀착하여 여러 개의 밀핀 BURR을 동시에 연마하여 제거할 수 있는 기술에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 밀핀 BURR의 발생은 보통의 핸드폰 사출 시 프론터나 바디쪽은 게이트의 위치에 따라 사출 시 상당한 압력이 집중되므로 이로 인해 BURR가 발생하게 되며 이를 제거하는 방식으로 제작된 기판을 소형 마모용 장비를 이용하여 수공으로 하나씩 직적 수작업으로 제거를 하는 방식으로 그 작업에 소요되는 인력과 시간의 투자가 과다하게 되는 경우가 발생할 수 있으며 BURR의 제거에 있어서 정확성이 다소 떨어질 수 가 있다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해소하기 위해 여러 개의 가공툴이 장착된 몸체를 이용하여 소형 가공툴을 상·하 또는 회전왕복운동을 유도하여 기판에 발생되는 BURR를 짧은 시간 내에 동시에 정확하게 제거하기 위한 기술로 현재 수공으로 제거되고 있는 BURR에 대하여 보다 정밀하고 신속하게 대처할 수 있는 기술이라 할 수 있다.
이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 고안은 소형가공툴을 제작하고 그 제작된 소형가공툴들을 몸체에 발생되는 BURR의 위치에 맞도록 위치시킨 후 소형가공툴에 스크류방식의 홈을 파고 몸체 안에서 가공툴이 제품에 닿으면서 수직운동을 회전운동으로 전환하여 회전운동을 가속화 시키며, BURR를 정확하게 연마하여 제거할 수 있는 것에 특징이 있다.
